Old and worn down but clean
Pros:

Great location right where we needed to be. Staff who checked us in was awesome, I had been driving for 12 hours. Super tired and he was very patient with me.
Glad the comforters where updated from photos.

Cons:

It wasn't unclean, but the age of the place was very apparent. Wear and tear makes it look dingy and unclean but it was clean. Could use some paint and new bathtubs.

Hotel looked rundown, staff was not well trained but the place was quiet at night.
Pros:

Location was the selling point. Only dealt with one staff person who was friendly but on a learning curve.

Cons:

I got the wrong room key card. Opened the door to a room that was occupied. Neither of us were happy.

Cons:

the room wasn't handicap accessible, no tub chair after requesting one, NO grab bars in the bathroom. I had requested that there be a handicap room was told ok and then didn't get any at all as I had back surgery, and I'm waiting to have a knee surgery and this room wasn't up to AMA standards and requirements and OSHA would have a treat checking this motel over.

Comfy and quaint
Pros:

Loved the quaintness and comfort. Parking was very convenient, right in front of the door! Everything was so clean and the woman who checked me in was very nice to me.

Cons:

The ac unit was above the vanity sink, which made it difficult to cool the room and hard to hear tv or music. The price was a little high.

Pros:

Easy to be comfortable.

Cons:

The managers child outside yelling, mom yelling back. I was tired, not in the mood to be camped next to them. I hate when cheap hotels have live in residents. There is too much familiarity and guest service is non-existent.

The price was affordable compared to others nearby.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There was hair on the counters and in the tub. Tub had grime. Not even sure if the bedding was fresh. The grounds were unkempt and neglected. There was a noticeable mildew smell in the room.

Pros:

Rented a room on Expedia. The photos posted of this hotel are very misleading. It looks nothing like the pictures when you pull up to the property. It’s run down. The lawn isn’t very well maintained and there are garbage cans sitting outside of the rooms. Junk sitting out in front of the rooms. I’m assuming people rent rooms that live there. Sitting out on folding chairs smoking. Not inviting at all. Went to the office to tell them we were not going to stay there. Walked in and it’s filthy and smelled of urine. Front desk person told me I had to call Expedia and walked away. It’s cheap yes but does not have a good vibe at all.

Pros:

Well I guess the sheets and towels were clean. That's about it. The tub was dirty, the drain was clogged with hair, it clearly hadn't been vacuumed, and the room was dusty. The proprietors are putting minimal effort into this motel.

The motel room was filthy the shower curtain was moldy the rug hadn’t been vacuumed for months. Garage under the chair and loveseat.
I had to clean before I would sleep in there.
