The only drawback is there are no hooks in the bathroom for the towel or your bathrobe but the water pressure and temperature were both great

Great location
Pros:

Location, cleand room, newly renovated.

Cons:

Still renovating (as at late August26) so noisy and outside messy particularly in the car park. Parking minimal.
