Nous avons eu un problème car nous avons demandé de décaler notre nuit restante au lendemain. Le personne a l’accueil nous a dit oui pas de problème. Nous sommes revenu le lendemain et une autre personne était présente et nous avons dû repayer notre chambre. Plusieurs messages envoyés depuis sans réponse. Pas très honnête!!
Breakfast was good. Few of the appliances did not work properly.
The washer on the first floor did not operate correctly, when going into the rinse cycle the machine does not empty leaving dirty water and soap in the machine. The machine only emptied two inches then begins filling with clean water and rinses in the the dirty water.

Two people shared a king bed and there was only one nightstand and one lamp on the right side of the bed. One person had to use the desk chair for evening needs such as water, phone, tissues and meds. Asked front desk for a second nightstand to be added to the room on the morning of the second day of our stay and request was not addressed.
Water in the pool was foggy and didn’t look clean. We were afraid to use it. It also had a rusty handicap lift in the water. Ground around the pool was rusty. Didn’t look safe. Was very disappointed. The pool was one of the reasons we picked this hotel and we were afraid to use it.

Convent locale to fit my needs
There was no outside walking area, and chairs outside for sitting in the sun. You either had to entertain in your room or in the lobby area. Which then lacked privacy

Kinda run-down. Beds creaked every time either one of us moved.
