Pros:

The location is amazing, 10 minutes from city center. The staff is pretty friendly, the room size is pretty big. The in house restaurant and cafe had some amazing food choices, being vegetarian they were pretty accommodating to improvise and help us with some good options.

Cons:

The wifi was bit sketchy and slow at times.

Prima prijs-kwaliteit. Vooral aan te bevelen voor een doorreis.
Pros:

Wij verbleven hier slechts 1 nacht op doorreis naar een accommodatie bij de Bromo. Zijn vooral in het hotel gebleven.Prima prijs-kwaliteit, met prima voorzieningen (zwembad, cafe, restaurant). Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Kinderen 8-10 jaar hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt in het zwembad.

Cons:

Niet heel storend, maar wij hoorden in onze kamer de moskee heel erg luid. Waarschijnlijk hadden wij pech, en had dit ook met de kamerligging te maken.
De kamer was ok, maar kan op korte termijn wel een keer een opfrisbeirt gebruiken. Met name het sanitair is wat verouderd.
Ontbijtzaal eveneens iets verouderd.
Hotel ligt aan een drukke straat, dus even gezellig rondwandelen is er niet bij. Alles is wel prima met een Grab te doen.

Un grand hôtel, avec des prestations à la hauteur.
Pros:

Un grand établissement de haut standing, très propre et avec un buffet énorme au petit déjeuner. Le personne est attentif et répond à vous attentes avec plaisir. Nous avons eu le droit à notre petit déjeuner à emporter lorsque nous sommes partis tôt pour aller au mont Bromo ou aux Waterfull.

Cons:

Un peu loin de l’avenue animée de Malang, mais cela permet d’être au calme. Les Grab ne sont pas chères et facilement trouvables pour s’y rendre.

Séjour exceptionnel à malang
Pros:

Le personnel !!!! Tellement tellement gentils et tellement serviables, nous avions eu un souci avec notre transport de Bali, ils nous ont apportés toute leur aide, chacun à leur tour. Tellement compréhensifs de notre problème. Cette gentillesse a été accompagnée tout au long de notre séjour. C’est vraiment un personnel formidable. Nourriture excellente + hôtel bien propre. Pour les non-musulmans à prendre en compte que l’appel à la prière retentie le matin donc il ne faut pas s’étonner. Cela ne m’a pas dérangé ☺️ étant musulmane. Également, massage de qualité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Het personeel de service en de behulpzaamheid , ontbijt was super , veel keuze.wij hebben daar veel gezien , jodipan (gekleurde dorp) , heel groot Chinees tempel , museum met old timers en natuurlijk lekker sate gegeten in de warung , was super lekker...hele goede aanrader...
