Pros:

The best thing of the hotel was the chef and most of all Yassine who made my stay wonderful. He literally made me feel at the home and without him the hotel didn't feel the same

Keine Gästekarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Saison 2026
Pros:

Das Hotel Napura ist ruhig gelegen zwischen idyllischen Apfelplantagen. Unsere Suite war ausreichend groß, allerdings hatte unser Zimmer (Erdgeschoss, Ausrichtung zur Straße) nahezu kein direktes Tageslicht. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und absolut ausreichend. Ende März gab es kein Restaurant, wie angegeben, sondern nur ein Bistro mit beschränkter Karte. Speisen sowie lokale Weine waren sehr teuer (8€ für ein Glas Lagrein ist deutlich über dem ortsüblichen Preis).
Der Wellnessbereich ist ordentlich, wobei es innen nur 6 Liegen gibt - bei schlechtem Wetter hat man also Pech.

Cons:

Das größte Manko und wirklich sehr schade war, dass es keine Gästekarte für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gab, OBWOHL dies in der Buchung aufgeführt wurde, auf der Website des Hotels, des Tourismusverbands und des Anbieters der Gästekarte stand. Auf Nachfrage beim Hotel hieß es zuerst, dass es nicht möglich war, mich innerhalb der letzten Wochen, in denen das Hotel schon geöffnet hatte, zu informieren. Nachdem uns vom Tourismusverband erklärt wurde, dass die Gästekarte gegen eine Gebühr vom Hotel gekauft werden kann, haben wir nochmals im Hotel nachgefragt. Keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Das Hotel liegt deutlich abgelegen, wer nicht täglich das Auto nutzen möchte, ist auf die Bus und Bahn angewiesen. Beispielsweise kostet die Seilbahn sowie die Rittenbahn circa 20€ pro Person, Hin- und Rückfahrt kommen noch dazu. Das alles wäre in der Gästekarte inklusive gewesen. Die Gästekarte war das ausschlaggebende Kriterium für die Buchung. Besonders schade, dass sich das Hotel keineswegs entgegenkommend zeigte, obwohl die Gästekarte Teil der Buchung war. Wir haben das Hotel zweimal darauf hingewiesen. Hier hätten wir eine Art Wiedergutmachung erwartet. Sehr ärgerlich und wir lassen den Sachverhalt über Booking prüfen.

Hotel Napura was paradise!
Pros:

Hotel Napura was one of the nicest and most relaxing hotels we've ever stayed in. The location and surround area are both stunning. We loved how accessible Bolzano was, but also how secluded we felt. We checked out a few local wineries & restaurants nearby that we adored. The hotel was spotless and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony with a scenic view and truly felt at home and at peace here. The breakfast was the best we had our entire trip, and we also enjoyed the cozy bar area in the evening. Finally, the rooftop area was stunning. The heated pool was very nice, especially for the end of March. This hotel was perfect for a three night stay and we would love to be back some day!

Cons:

We would have loved for the restaurant to be open while we were there! It was closed for the winter season and was reopening just one week after our stay.

Comfort, great breakfast and beautiful mountain location
Pros:

Everything about our stay was wonderful.
The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of variety, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The location is peaceful, with beautiful mountain views from the heated pool in winter, and it is conveniently close to Bolzano and the Dolomites by car.
Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and modern.

Cons:

We stayed for two nights and honestly have no complaints at all!
We would definitely come back without hesitation.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer waren schön und sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Der Decke Duschkopf ist für Frauen nicht ideal, weil man sich ja nicht jeden Tag die Haare waschen möchte.
Der Fernseher ist zu klein.
