Pros:

La piscina esterna e la spa erano ben organizzate e funzionali, coerenti con quanto descritto sul sito al momento della prenotazione. Un suggerimento, viste le temperature molto basse, sarebbe utile aumentare leggermente la temperatura dell'acqua della piscina. Il letto era molto compodo e il bagno ampio.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza era molto scadente in rapporto al prezzo richiesto a notte dalla struttura. Erano presenti alcune ragnatele all'interno della stanza e varie macchie di sporcizia nella zona della cucina e degli arredamenti (divano) (allego foto). Molto deludente è stata la colazione. Anche se l'orario stabilito era dalle 7:00 alle 10:00, i clienti che iniziavano a fare colazione alle ore 9:30, trovavano solo gli scarti. Il buffet (poco artigianale e molto industriale) non veniva rifornito durante la colazione, erano presenti pochi prodotti tipici della zona e, quanto presente, non può essere venduto come "una colazione eccellente di tipo continentale".

Pros:

Frühstück: Sehr große Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben es geliebt, in unserem Apartment zu frühstücken. Es war völlig problemlos, sich die bevorzugten Leckereien ins Apartment zu holen. Apartment sehr großzügig. Sehr geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, großes Bad. Kleine Küchenzeile. Ruhige Lage, etwas außerhalb von Bozen, inmitten von Apfelgärten.

Cons:

Für uns hat alles super gepasst.

Remek szálláshely, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, visszatérünk!
Pros:

Udvarias kiszolgálás és recepció, bőséges svéd asztalos reggeli, otthonosság, kényelmes szállodai elhelyezés. kedves volt a recepciónál elvihető alma kínálat!
Tervezzük a visszatérést!

Cons:

A fürdőköpenyek mérete kicsi volt - 3x-4x méret lett volna az ideális.
Kapaszkodó a WC űlőke mellett segített volna az alacsonyan levő WC-ről való felállásból!
Hiányoltuk a recepció környékéről egy lelvihető Bolzano térképet - sokat segített volna városi tájékozódásban.

Pros:

The room was spacious.

Cons:

The garden didn’t offer any view, you could not keep the door open because there was no mosquito net.
The worst part was the breakfast which was terrible, very little variety, the scrambled eggs were RAW and could not be eaten, just a few vegetables and even the bread was pretty bad.
