Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Состояние апартаментов. двери набухшие от влажности. Ржавчина на ножках кровати, мебель устаревшая и поцарапанная. Протечка воды в душевой. Нет халатов и тапочек. Нет чайных ложек.

Hello,

I would like to express our deep disappointment with this hotel, which is nothing like what is advertised in the photos.

* It is almost impossible to sleep properly: the curtains do not block the light and the room never gets truly dark. As a result, we were woken up around 5 a.m. every single day.
* The air conditioning is very poor, leaving the room constantly humid and uncomfortable. Even the sheets and towels feel damp.
* The bathrooms are outdated, rusty in several places, and have a very unpleasant smell, which is particularly disturbing.
* There is no air conditioning in the common areas.
* The elevators are terrible: endless waiting times, constant stops on every floor, and absurdly long trips just to reach the lobby.
* Housekeeping is not done unless specifically requested.

For the price paid, these conditions are completely unacceptable. This hotel is nowhere near the standard advertised or shown in the photos. We sincerely regret choosing this property and would not recommend it.
