Important information:

Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. ערב סטנדאפ היה נחמד

Cons:

חדרים עם לכלוך של צבע על הרהיטים מלא אבק מקלחות לא נקיות ולקחנו סוויטה , מרפסת מלאה אבק הרגשנו כאילו לקחנו סאבלט . ריח של ביוב במסדרון וגם באולם שהיה שם סטנדאפ .
בקבלה ישב איש קשוח שלא היה ניתן אפילו לשאול אותו שאלה .
בארוחת בוקר ירדנו לחדר האוכל שמענו את המארחת אומרת לעובד אל תאכל שלא תקבל כאבי בטן . פנינו לשאול אותה למה שיקבל כאב בטן היא האדימה ושתקה .
כמובן שלקחנו רק קפה ויצאנו לא נגענו באוכל ששילמנו עליו אכזבה גדולה במיוחד שבאתי בהמלצה של חנה מלול הרבנית שמפארת את המלון
לסיום לא אכלנו במלון , לא התקלחנו ולא ישבנו במרפסת ישבנו בסלון וראינו טלויזיה שגם איכות הצפייה מזעזעת.

לוקיישן מעולה ונוף מטורף!
Pros:

קומה 21, נוף מטורף לים, חדר גדול, סוויטה.
יש פינת מטבחון עם מקרר גדול, כיור, כירה חשמלית ל-2 סירים וקומקום חשמלי וערכת תה/קפה.
בקבוק מים מינרליים בחדר על השולחן של האוכל (4 כסאות).
מרפסת משגעת, גדולה, עם 2 מיטות שיזוף + שולחן ו-4 כסאות.

Cons:

ראשי הדוש במקלחת ובאמבטיה, בפרט במקלחת, דרושים החלפה לחדשים.
כל הזכוכיות - של המקלחונים, חלונות וכמובן מעקה של המרפסת היו מלוכלכים עם אבק וסימני לחות/אובך, ובמקלחות - אבן.
כדאי לנקות לפני שבאים אורחים - את המקלחונים עם שפריצר חומץ, ממיס היטב את האבן.

Pros:

חדרים מקסימים , מרפסת ענקית עם נוף לים, נוחות מירבית

Dommage la rénovation est impératif!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement face a la mer avec la terrasse de la chambre

Cons:

Bien placé en face de la mer mais vieux, il mérite vraiment une rénovation! Les appartments sont vieux et c’est dommage! Les chambres sont grandes mais vraiment vieux, propres mais vieux!
