Beautiful space with bad shower
Pros:

Beautiful space with a lot of trees. The room is big and location is close to main attractions. They have free parking space.

Cons:

Shower flow rate wasn’t good and drainage was very slow, so we ended up showering with our feet covered in water. Also the water would alternate the temperature during the shower.
Check in was 1h our late, but as least they gave us late check out.

The bathroom itself was big but shower cubicle was little small. The water pressure in the shower was weak in some room.

Tout, le petit déjeuner excellent, le confort de la chambre, la propreté, la localisation parfaite au cœur d'Antigua, tout est accessible a pied, le personnel toujours disponible pour nous conseiller au mieux, et surtout une belle attention pour notre lune de miel.

La arquitectura es bonita y el jardín es hermoso. El desayuno es bueno. Todo queda a distancia de caminata.

Cons:

Se escuchaban todos los ruidos de los cuartos cercanos. La cama matrimonial queda corta para una persona alta. El desayuno del niño no estaba incluido en la reserva. No hay té o café de cortesía.

Price is good, breakfast is good, staff are friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, with hair on the floor and a blocked sink. There was also hair on the bed, and overall, the room did not feel clean.

During the night, someone attempted to open our window from outside, which was very unsettling and made us feel unsafe.

Foi uma estadia tranquila, com um custo-benefício muito além do esperado.

Facilidade de acesso e localização boa.
Acomodações amplas e bem organizadas.
Café da manhã excelente com opções variadas e muito saborosas.
Silêncio da localização e atendimento dos profissionais muito bons

Cons:

WI-FI não era rápido, sinal fraco e com quedas durante a tarde/noite.
Sinal da TV sofre muita interferência e trava durante a programação (creio ser devido ao sinal fraco do wi-fi)
Banheiro com vazamento na pia, sendo necessária a troca do sifão no primeiro dia de estadia.

la atención y servicio para el desayuno se tuvo que esperar mucho

sirven el café pero cuando llegan el desayuno ya nos acabamos el café y no vuelven a ofrecer, mala atención de parte de los meseros.
