La atención de los empleados en restaurante,en limpieza y recepción.todos muy amables dispuestos a ayudar cuando se les pide información. Sus jardines muy amplios y exuberantes, dan una sensación de relajación y paz. Los desayunos eran muy buenos,podíamos escoger entre 8 menús y te lo sirven rápido. Nuestra habitación para 2 personas era muy amplia.
Venimos muy contentos,lo recomendamos completamente.
No hubo nada que nos disgustara.

An absolutely excellent stay! We loved the hotel. The facilities are really nice and the garden is beautiful and so green. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodated all the needs of our large group (we booked four rooms altogether).
I would especially highlight the privacy and security of the place, along with the convenience of having plenty of parking available and breakfast included in the reservation. The beds were very comfortable, the atmosphere was super quiet, and the TV came with Netflix. We also really appreciated that they provided clean filtered water and daily housekeeping for the room.
The location is simply perfect: it is literally about a 9-minute walk from the main arch and the center of the city. We loved everything! 100% recommended.
As a small suggestion, it would be great if breakfast were included for children as well, and laundry services to be more affordable.

No tenían aire acondicionado y en la página no lo decían y hacía un calor insoportable, tras de feria un solo abanico tenían que tenía un ruido horrible que no dejaba dormir.

Very strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room
Since it's an old building there's no noise isolation and we could hear EVERYTHING around us during the night. Not recommended for light sleepers unless you want to wear earplugs.
