Empleados muy amables. Servicio competitivo en el mismo hotel para taxis, excursiones etc Uber funciona bien. Desayuno de buena calidad. Guardan maletas sin problemas

Aunque con el ventilador de la habitacion no pasamos calor la ventilacion es escasa

No hay guardia siempre en el parqueo. Para entrar o salir vehículo hay que llamar primero a recepción para que desde ahí caminen y abran.

Un lugar muy acogedor, comida deliciosa y ambiente agradable para descansar, y compartir en familia.
Pros:

Desayuno muy variado y delicioso, atención muy esmerada. El jardín ofrece una experiancia muy agradable para tomar el cafe. Mis niñas quedaron encantadas de la estadía, el servicio y los alimentos.

Muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

Excelente hotel y muy buen personal.

Cons:

Les falta dar café de cortesía de manera permanente. Solo dan agua y por el precio que se paga falta el café. Las almohadas me parecieron muy altas.

Olor del cuarto a humedad demasiado de fuerte, no hay aire acondicionado y durante la estadía durante un día no hubo agua , aunque los empleados te buscaban agua , para poder bajar el toilet.

החדר עצמו מהמם ויפה, היינו שמחות לקבל שירות יותר טוב.

המיקום טוב, החדר גדול וגם השירותים גדולים. נקי ויפה. מיטות גדולות.

חשוב לציין שיש רק מאוורר בחדר (למי שמפריע). בנוסף השירות שקיבלנו היה בסדר… חלק היו שירותיים מאוד וחלק פחות. בארוחת בוקר כתוב שיש יוגורט גרנולה ופירות - נשמע כמו קערת יוגורט עם פירות וגרנולה. לעומת זאת קיבלנו כוסית קטנה של יוגורט וגרנולה וצלחת פירות ענקית. אמרנו למלצרית שזה לא מה שחשבנו (כי זה מטעה) והיא אכן הסכימה לשנות לנו למה שציפינו שיהיה אבל היא פשוט חתכה את הפירות והביאה וזה לא מה שביקשנו. שאלנו אם אפשר להוסיף בארוחת בוקר אבוקדו, כך היה- אך לאחר מכן להפתעתנו התבקשנו לשלם על זה סכום הזוי למרות שלא אמרו לנו בכלל שזה יעלה כסף. ביקשנו לשלם מאוחר יותר באותו היום מסיבות דתיות וקיבלנו התנהגות לא נעימה מאחד מעובדי הקבלה.

Pros:

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was yummy everyday and the cocktails were to die for! We also loved our tour that the concierge set up for us Oscar our tour guide and driver was so nice and helpful we invited him to family dinner with us at a restaurant that he recommended

La habitación cara, más servicio en transmitir al cliente beneficios adicionales que ofrecen sin costo, no servía el lavamanos y la solución de ellos fue darnos unos baldes con agua para lavarnos las manos, cepillarnos y otros, no tienen aire acondicionado es un ventilador de techo que no es del tamaño adecuado para lavarnos habitación, la regadera se veía sucia y si daba mucho que desear
