We loved the gardens on the property, they are maze-like and delightful, with a small playground, exercise bars, lots of tall plants and flowers and sitting areas. The room was a good size, the shower worked great, it was quiet and peaceful. There was drinking water available to fill our water bottles, breakfast was great and we appreciated the coffee refills. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The concierge helped us multiple times with reserving transportation even after we checked out.
I didn't like that I only booked 2 nights here, I wish I stayed here my entire time in Antigua.

This is my second stay in the hotel. I love the beautiful garden. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The restaurant is also great and food is delicious. The property is located only 7-8 min from the main square.

El hotel es muy lindo, con decoración colonial , muy cómodo , limpio. Está a 10 minutos caminando de la plaza principal. Los desayunos son muy ricos y bastos.
Solo tiene escaleras para acceder al segundo piso.

The bathroom itself was big but shower cubicle was little small. The water pressure in the shower was weak in some room.
Beautiful space with a lot of trees. The room is big and location is close to main attractions. They have free parking space.
Shower flow rate wasn’t good and drainage was very slow, so we ended up showering with our feet covered in water. Also the water would alternate the temperature during the shower.
Check in was 1h our late, but as least they gave us late check out.

Tout, le petit déjeuner excellent, le confort de la chambre, la propreté, la localisation parfaite au cœur d'Antigua, tout est accessible a pied, le personnel toujours disponible pour nous conseiller au mieux, et surtout une belle attention pour notre lune de miel.
