Fijn hotel met een paar minpunten
Pros:

Dr ligging is perfect , tussen Blu port en Market Village in. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is groot.
Wel jammer dat er aan het strand alleen een aantal zitzakken zijn en geen bedden. Er is ruimte genoeg voor bedden. Wat ook heel jammer is, er zijn maar 5 parasols, dit kan echt niet. Een hotel aan het strand moet genoeg parasols hebben en ligbedden. Bij navraag zei het personeel dat de parasols zijn besteld maar dat geloof ik niet want vorig jaar was precies dezelfde situatie. Dan maar aan het zwembad liggen, helaas zijn er maar 8 matrassen. Dit is niet te geloven. Jammer want verder is het een fijn hotel

Alles tipptopp, kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Es war wirklich sehr schön hier, der Pool ist super gewartet und alles sehr sauber, das Personal ist wirklich top, immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben sogar nochmal verlängert….
Außerdem ist es hier von der Lage her optimal, und das Hotel ist kein Riesenbunker, sondern eher familiär 🤩

Fantastisk ophold og personale.
Pros:

Vi syntes generelt godt om alt på hotellet. Morgenmaden var meget tilfredsstillende og velsmagende. Jeg vil også rose køkkenet for et højt niveau. De formår at lave mad på et lang højere niveau end andre restauranter vi besøgte.
Personalet skal have en særlig ros. Alle dem vi mødte var utrolig venlige og ydede en fantastisk service.

Cons:

Vi har ikke noget at bemærke. Kun at det er super godt at værelserne er godt tilbagetrukket fra trafikken hvilket betyde der er ro og fred. Vi vil blot opfordre til at udvikle strand caféen til næste niveau. Den fungere fint men der er er potentiale for mere.

Very comfortable medium sized hotel with great staff and close to the beach and 2 Mall's
Pros:

Very comfortable stay at this reasonably sized hotel of around 30 rooms.
The large pink reception area is at the groundfloor of a buiding that is fuctioning as car parking.
The hotel is at the back of this building and the rooms are situated around a large pool.
There is no elevator but the friendly staff will take care of your luggage.
Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is good.
The hotel is not far from the beach and 2 Mall's.

Cons:

All was fine.

Pros:

Our room has direct pool access and it was great! Super relaxed regardless in the pool or just lounging on the bean bags. Water was a little cool but it's a seasonal thing (we visited in Jan) Room was spacious and clean. Loved the convenient access to the beach through their Top Secret Cafe.

Cons:

There are mosquitos which was a bummer. The room was clean so the mosquitos must be breeding somewhere else.

Kaunis hotelli, ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta
Pros:

Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Olemme kasvissyöjiä / vegaani, joten pyytämällä saimme oman erillisen menun aamiaiselle, joka valmistettiin erikseen meille. Myös tavanomaisesta aamiaisbuffetista löytyi herkullisia tuotteita kuten sticky rice banana, ja tietenkin hedelmät, joka oli vegaaninen.

Hotelli on kauniisti sisustettu ja kätevä pääsy rannalle oman trendikkään rantakahvilan läpi. Ranta-alue oli ainakin arkipäivinä rauhallinen ja siisti.

Hotellin Parkkialue oli toimiva ja helppo vuokratulle mopolle.

Cons:

Sijainti hieman syrjässä, eli kulkemiseen tarvitsee skootterin/mopon, jos ei halua käyttää takseja. Toisaalta ostoskeskus oli lähellä, mutta hyville ravintoloille oli pidempi matka. Toisaalta tämä ehkä mahdollisti rauhallisen rantakokemuksen, eli ehkä on lopulta kyse siitä, mitä lomaltaan haluaa.

Siivous olisi voinut olla hieman tehokkaampaa, esim. hiekkojen putsauksen osalta. Muuten perussiistiä.

Ok but for off season expensive
Cons:

When they say the staff spoke english, it was hugely short of being English. Asked about bus you walk about 1k to find taxi & take taxi to bus. Their are several bus stations so which one? Could do with some basic exerxise equipment.

Pros:

It was all beautiful. The pool was stunning and so clean. Loved that i just stepped out my door into the pool. The service at the bar was amazing. Friendly staff. Amazing food.
