Mysigt mindre hotell med utmärkt mat och service, lugnt och lite i skymundan.
Pros:

Mycket bra frukost, med riktigt god mat. Trevlig och vänlig personal. Härligt stor pool. Dessutom närhet till havet, bara några minuters promenad.

Cons:

Inget, allt var bra.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger på "strandsiden" av hovedveien, ca 6 min kjøring med tuk-tuk fra city center (Hilton). To shoppingsentre, BluePort og Market Village ligger like i nærheten. Flere restauranter ligger på vei mot sentrum. Hotellet har en egen beach cafe 2 minutters gange fra selve hotellet. Der får man lunsj/middag, kaker, is, drikke etc. Det er en gressplen med noen få solsenger samt sacco-sekker m/bord på en patio med utsikt over stranden og havet. Ikke solsenger på stranden. Selve bassengområdet ligger i midten av 3 hotellbygninger (3 separate bygg i 3 etasjer), hvor alle rom har terrasse/balkong mot bassengområdet. Rommet var stort og fint, nymalt og sengen var god. Renholdet var veldig bra, med bytte av håndklær hver dag (hvis man vil). Egne strandhånklær tilgjengelig. Stort kjøleskap på rommet er et pluss, og de satte hver dag 4 flasker vann tilgjengelig "on the house". Kaffemaskin og vannkoker, påfyll av kaffe og te hver dag. Ved bassengområdet er det en liten restaurant med frokostbuffet. Eggstasjon, variert utvalg av thai-retter, dumplings, frukt, salatbar, søte kaker, forskjellige typer juicer, frokostblandinger - frokosten var veldig bra. I samme restaurant fikk man også bestille drikke og lunsj fra menu i løpet av dagen hvis ønskelig. Hotellet anbefales

No elevator. If mobility is an issue this makes the hotel impossible.

Nicht günstig, aber immer wieder gut - wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für thailändische Verhältnisse sehr gut .Die Zimmer sind großzügig und haben alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zu den beiden Malls ist ein klarer Vorteil , genau wie das Beach Café das auch warme Speisen anbietet .

Cons:

Bedingt durch den großen Pool sollte man nicht längere Zeit die Balkontür geöffnet lassen . Sonst hat man eventuell stärkeren Chlorgeruch im Zimmer .

Very close to perfect!

I have stayed at this hotel previously about 13 years ago and also about 8 years ago. On this current stay it was apparent that the property has been very well maintained and fittings updated. Being built around and facing the large meandering swimming pool makes for a tranquil setting. We had a direct pool access suite (probably the best accommodation in the hotel)...it was excellent. The gardens are carefully tended and look great. The staff were friendly, helpful and smiling. Breakfast was very good for quite a small hotel...probably because they have a proper kitchen for room service. Each day there were a few new alternatives, Western and Thai. Fruit and bread varied a little also. The green curry (yes, for breakfast) was possibly the best I have tasted in 15 years! They have a separate cafe 3 minutes walk away with a garden that overlooks the beach. The hotel is 10 minutes walk away from both large shopping centres and there is a 7Eleven 5 minutes walk away. The Soi 88 outdoor foodcourt (with music) is about 15 minutes walk. Takiab beach is a short taxi ride away and is worth lazing around at for a change of scenery. Note that the facilities (sunbeds etc.) at Takiab are closed on Wednesdays for cleaning

Sehr angenehmes Hotel zum Erholen.

Guter Wasserdruck. Sehr heisses Wasser. Duschköpfe sehr gepflegt. Auslauf am Waschbecken auch. Nichts verkalkt. Bad sehr schön. Toilette läuft wunderbar ab. Pool vor dem Zimmer sehr schön und wird jeden Tag gesäubert. Es gibt Tee. Kaffeekapseln 4 Flaschen Wasser. Milchpulver, Zucker und Kekse jeden Tag kostenlos. Flaschenöffner, Badeschuhe, Bademäntel und Regenschirm vorhanden.ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Diesen hätte ich mir jedoch größer gewünscht wegen meiner vielen Medikamente. Genügend Schubladen und Schrank für die mitgebrachten Utensilien und der Kleidung. 2 Liegen auf der Terrasse. Ausgesprochen gutes Frühstück mit vielen verschiedenen Gemüsen, Suppen, Joghurts usw. Orangensaft, Frischmilch, Apfelsaft, Wasser, Leckere Kaffeesorten, Obst. Sehr knusprig gebackener Bacon.Angenehmes sitzen beim Frühstücken. Desertiere gibt es ein Kaffee welches zum Hotel gehört. Da gibt es eine Vielzahl von leckeren Torten und anderen Speisen mit Blick auf das Meer. Dort kannten auch ungestört verweilen und liegen oder sitzen.wir werden möglicherweise wieder dort buchen

Dyrt at spise og drikke der, 100 baht for en lille øl på hotellet og 150 i strandbaren DET er tyveri, så lægger de jo ligefrem op til at vi køber ved købmanden lige ved siden af, til 40 baht

Central, clean, friendly, but lack of prvacy in some rooms.
Pros:

Very comfortable, central location. We had great room with jacuzzi on balcony. Staff were friendly and place was clean

Cons:

For me, there is a lack of privacy, if you have one of the jacuzzi room which face the pool. Each room can clearly see into every other room. I think this could have been avoided with some screening. I woulnd't stay again for that reason, but overall it was a very nice hotel.
