Location is short walk from the USJ gates. Room was beautiful with underwater motif. It was roomy fitting two adults and three children. Food options for breakfast was exceptional.

Location was great - right next to the park. Staff very friendly and pretty good breakfast
Not much to not like
1) Perfect Location to Universal Studio Japan (walking 2mins) also just next to the train station. Super convenient
2) Hotel super clean & super comfort.
Very big and comfortable rooms. Right on city walk which was so convenient. Had all amenities we needed including laundry.

The staff was very helpful. Check in and check out very fluid. The hotel is just at the door of Universal Studio. The rooms were comfortable and very well equipped.
The breakfast. The food was not good. A lot of fried staff . We didn't get the breakfast the second day .
The room was clean, with great facilities and a good size. The staff were really helpful and we were grateful for the laundry facilities. The location was amazing. A short walk ftom the station and a short walk to Universal Studios. All in all a great place to stay. Thank you team.
