Best deal if you are doing USJ.
Pros:

Location. Location. If you are doing universal, it is the best deal. Two Lawsons in same building. Right on Universal walk and literally in railway station.Spacious rooms. Excellent room care. They had superb pour over coffee bags and teas that were regularly replaced. Cute and comfortable night dresses were provided. Staff was gracious enough to provide half hour early checking. Exceeded every expectation.

Cons:

Nothing much to complain.

Fantastic Stay – Amazing Location & Wonderful Staff
Pros:

We had such a fantastic stay! The hotel was absolutely spotless, and the rooms were the perfect size—comfortable, well laid out, and very welcoming. The products provided were amazing and added such a lovely touch to the overall experience.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the complimentary food and drinks provided in the evening, such a thoughtful extra that really stood out.
Breakfast was absolutely amazing and made my daughter so happy, especially seeing hot chips available! It was a highlight for her and definitely appreciated.
The location could not have been better. Being surrounded by so many restaurants, plus having 7/11 and Lawsons close by, made everything so convenient and easy.

Cons:

The only small suggestion would be that it would be great to see a Uniqlo at Universal CityWalk and to have early entry options available, which would make the experience even more perfect.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The room itself was okay. It is next to universal but doesn’t give you any priority access. Train is just 2 minutes away.

Cons:

We waited more than 20 minutes to sit for breakfast. There are options in the breakfast but not many western ones and nothing tastes good. It could be an option if you are visiting universal and cannot find a better option. Everything else is either okay or not adequate.

ユニバで遊ぶならここ一択。
Pros:

ユニバに遊びに来ました。直近では3回目でホテルは全て違うホテルに宿泊しました。それを踏まえた上で、
・スタッフの接客が丁寧。好感が持てる接客で気持ちよく宿泊できました。
・ユニバーサルシティ内にあるのでユニバで遊ぶなら近くて便利。
・部屋が綺麗、清潔。大浴場も有料でありましたが部屋の風呂が広くそちらで十分満足できました。
・朝食ビュッフェを利用させて頂いたのですが、メニューも豊富でどれも美味しく朝から満足させて頂きました。
・29階に宿泊させて頂きましたがユニバが一望でき、優越感に浸れる部屋でした。
大満足の内容でしたが宿泊費も比較的安く泊まれました。またユニバに来る際は利用したいと思います。

Cons:

ディナーのビュッフェと大浴場利用料が高く感じてしまい、利用できなかった。
もう少し安価にしていただけると利用しやすくありがたいです。

利用してよかったです！
Pros:

スタッフの対応。車椅子を借りる際、足を捻挫していると伝えたら、保冷剤を用意してくれたりと気遣ってくれた。

Cons:

設置されているスリッパで朝食に向かったら、子供ともども履き替えてくるよう言われた。どこかに書いてあったのかもしれないが、捻挫している足で、子供連れて部屋に戻るのは大変。チェックイン時に周知して欲しかった。
朝食料金がかなり高め。
