Thoroughly clean, spacious, and comfortable!
Pros:

The Kickback food waa AWESOME!! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Our room was more than comfortable. Very spacious! We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, before heading out to the game!

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like!

Very nice stay! Would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Love the fact that they have free breakfast and the Happy Hour every evening! My kids loved the free popcorn too!

Cons:

The ONLY thing I think could improve is changing up the breakfast buffet a little bit! Don’t get wrong they had a GOOD variety but we were there 6 days and the breakfast meat was sausage patties everyday. Would’ve been nice to have some bacon, ham or even sausage links mixed in there.

We selected the hotel for it was approximately 1/2 way on our 1400 mile TYS-COS and was dog friendly
Pros:

Excellent. As a commercial airline pilot for 31+ years, only the Embassy Suites has such a wonderful full hot/cold breakfast bar

The place smells like weed
Pros:

It was fine.

Cons:

The entire hotel smelled like weed. It was gross. I expected better at this hotel. The cost of the room didn’t meet expectations. I will nor stay here again.

Family and myself was in town for a funeral and staying at Drury inn helped relieve some stress.
Pros:

Complimentary meals and drinks also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

I will come back and stay here every time I'm in Independence, it feels like coming home.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, good coffee and a great selection. The breakfast area is really well maintained and pleasant to spend time in. The evening kickoff just makes it even better. The fitness room is cozy but a great option to stay active.
