Chose this hotel due to the proximity of the park for the kite festival. It was in easy walking distance to the beach. Lots of parking available. The room itself was ok, nothing fancy but a good place to lay your head. The windows didn't have any screens which didn't feel the safest and it was rather warm so we had the window open but man the traffic was pretty steady all night long (we were in a room closest to the road). Check-in process took quite a while which seemed weird since we were pre-paid. We didn't partake in the "breakfast" and many of the other amenities were not operational.

Grab and go breakfast is not continental breakfast.There was something spilled in the rooms fridge and hair on the shower walls. Otherwise nice staff and plenty of parking.

Hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. It was dirty from the time we walked in. Our room wasn’t cleaned had to go back to front desk. Mattress is hard as a rock along with the pillows. Would not stay here again.

Clean and comfortable and much less expensive than similar facilities. My room was modern, clean and comfortable. Great towels and the bed was wonderful. Okay, breakfast was actually kind of funny. Good coffee, Costco style muffins (two flavors) and bananas. Worked for me. I appreciated 24/7 front desk. Definitely will repeat this location.
