Beautiful hotel with wonderful gardens and pool, and a nice spa.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with nice gardens and a very nice swimming pool and spa. It's a refuge in the city, and fairly quiet except when a large group of students arrived, but they were gone all day.

Cons:

The vegetarian food in the restaurant looks nice but doesn't taste very good, very bland. They could use a creative chef. It could be delicious.

Hôtel peu cher pour passer une nuit. Mais de meilleurs hôtels en centre ville. Il vaut mieux payer un peu plus et avoir un service correct.

Cons:

Installations très vieilles. Des lits petits pour deux adultes et les coussins étaient très durs. Ma fille a oublié son appareil dentaire et nous avons appelé dès que nous nous en sommes aperçus. Ils nous ont dit l'avoir trouvé et m'ont demandé mon adresse pour l'envoyer. J'ai demandé confirmation quelques jours plus tard. Ils ont répondu que quelqu'un s'en était occupé. Une semaine après on les a encore contactés pour découvrir que cela n'avait pas été envoyé... Nous avions pourtant dit que nous pouvions prendre en charge le paiement. Nous avons dû organiser nous même l'envoi avec DHL. Aucune excuse de leur part et quand j'ai appelé le réceptionniste m'écoutait à peine et répondait à des appels pendant que je lui parlais.

En realidad nada, revenden tu estancia y te mandan a otra sucursal de su hotel y pésimo servicio, te dan lo que ellos quieren y no te devuelven la diferencia del hotel que ellos te mandan.

Cons:

El maletero muy amable nos ayudo, ya que que los demás pésimo y te hacen como ellos quieren, se quedan con tu dinero al nuevo hotel que ellos te quieren enviar. Además en su aplicación seguía apareciendo la plataforma que tenían lugar y llegas al check-in y resulta que te dicen que ya tienen todo ocupado y es donde te envían a su otro "hotel" dónde tienen convenio, porque no te regresan el dinero, ya que hice el pago con mi tarjeta, es primera vez que me pasa eso :(
