Pros:

We arrived very late and the room had some (severe) issues. They were full and couldn’t move us anywhere else. However the team were just wonderful, they found us an alternative hotel for the night, took us there and picked us up in the morning to bring us back. They then upgraded us to a much nicer room than we had booked. Breakfast was pretty good and the views are wonderful.

Las habitaciones en regulasr estado para el precio, el estado del hotel, lo estaban reformando, mucha buya producto de la piscina, la musica a todo volumen, no nos sentimos bien en ningun momento, reservar a traves de bookin es horrible, te asignan la peor habitacion

Pros:

Pool was great. Staff was great. Enjoyed the view.

Cons:

There was some confusion on the location of the hotel. I had previously stayed at Casona del Isla, I didn't know this hotel was separate. It wasn't far from the other location, so it worked out.

O serviço de transfer para o aeroporto foi pontual e eficiente.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the island and easily accessible. The facilities are new and well-structured, contributing to a reasonably good overall experience.
The airport transfer service was punctual and efficient.

Cons:

O atendimento é correto, porém poderia ser mais acolhedor, especialmente no restaurante, onde a equipe demonstrou menor nível de atenção. Um ponto de atenção é o layout do hotel: o pátio central com piscina acaba gerando um nível de ruído que pode incomodar em determinados momentos do dia.
Em relação ao conforto, a cama apresentou um padrão mais macio do que o habitual, o que pode agradar alguns hóspedes, mas não foi ideal para o nosso perfil. Além disso, a iluminação do ar-condicionado permanece acesa durante a noite e as cortinas não bloqueiam completamente a luz externa, o que pode impactar quem prefere um ambiente mais escuro para dormir.
A limpeza nas áreas comuns do hotel e do restaurante foi adequada; no entanto, no quarto — especialmente no banheiro — deixou a desejar.

The service is adequate, although it could be more friendly, especially in the restaurant. The central courtyard with the pool is pleasant, but it can be a bit noisy at certain times of the day.
As for points to consider, the bed is quite soft, which may not suit all preferences. In addition, the air conditioning light stays on at night, and the room does not get fully dark, which may affect comfort for those who prefer a darker sleeping environment.
Cleanliness in the common areas of the hotel and restaurant was adequate; however, in the room — especially the bathroom — it fell below expectations.
