According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Cons:

Acho que a janela poderia daquelas de abafar ruídos externos. Café da manhã tinham pães secos (não frescos). Mas no geral tinha boa variedade.

Cama confortável e banheiro espaçoso. Café da manhã bem agradável.

Da localização do quarto e da falta de comunicação por parte da pessoa que gerencia a reserva.
Foi dito que cobraria apenas a primeira diária e o restante poderia ser pago no dia, porém cobraram toda a diária de forma antecipada me pegando despreparado.

Pros:

Apesar de uma construção antiga, visivelmente os proprietários se esforçam para oferecer uma boa estadia. Toalhas boas, camas boas, chuveiro bom. O destaque é a equipe. Desde a recepção até os atendentes do café da manhã e as meninas da limpeza, todas com um sorriso no rosto e um "bom dia" sempre pronto para os hóspedes. É uma boa relação custo benefício. Recomendo.

Pros:

Viajo a trabalho durante a minha estádia em Minas Gerais, atendo um cliente próximo ao hotel e isso facilita muito as coisas para mim, gostei também que próximo ao hotel tem lanchonete e restaurante para alimentação, além da opção de pedir para entrega vide panfleto que pode ser encontrado na recepção do próprio hotel. Finalizo dizendo que a questão da NF pós estadia é muito rápida para aqueles que precisam prestar contas. Agradeço grandemente
