Great stop over for Airport transfer!
Pros:

Unfortunately, just an overnight day so we didn’t get to see the beautiful area in daylight. Looks like a great area to spend a day or two close to the beach. Room was comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to try to please.

We got in late and left early so we did not really get to see what was offered but it looked like they had a nice Hotel close to the beach and would be nice to stay there another time if we were spending more time in the Rome area.

Great location for getting to the beach but 50EU taxi ride to and from the airport
Pros:

Loved that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The shower was very small and difficult to manuever in and the water was lukewarm. Breakfast was fine, and staff were great.

Cons:

Small shower with lukewarm water, including lukewarm warm in the sink in the morning when trying to shave.

Whenever I am in the area I’ll MIraggio is where I will always stay
Pros:

The location is perfect for us in between Citivecchia and Rome
It’s a lovely property and close to the water where there is a wonderful beachside restaurant ( season closes in November)
The people are so friendly ,help arrange pickup from the port and the to airport
Also good for a day time stay if your flight is later at night
And a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner

Sehr gute Lage freundliches Personal. Wunderschöner Garten zum verweilen.

Cons:

Vorsicht Bettwanzen Befall. Zimmer 103 sowie Bungalow Mitte Richtung Meer Bettsofa.
Zwei unserer Reisegruppe hatte nach dem Aufenthalt Bettwanzenstiche. Bungalow mehr im Zimmer 103 weniger.

Гостиница 30 минут севернее от аэропорта,5 минут ходьбы до моря.Это вилла с потолками 5 метров.В комнате было малюсенькое патио.Есть стоянка.Очень чисто,завтрак приятный с видом на сад.

A restful place to recover from jet lag.
Pros:

We stayed at Il Miraggio for two nights after flying into FCO from the west coast of the US. After our 10 hour flight we wanted a quiet place to get over jet lag. Our “one bedroom house” was perfect for this. The staff was helpful finding us nearby restaurants and breakfast was good.

Cons:

It was harder than we expected to get from the airport to Il Miraggio without a car. We ended up taking an expensive taxi to the hotel as we couldn’t find public transportation to get to Fregene.
