Beautiful resort on the Calabrian hills
Pros:

The resort is very beautiful and the facilities are great.The hotel personnel are helpful. The views are incredible and there are so many things to do inside the hotel grounds.

Cons:

Nothing.

Langt fra Pizzo centrum og ikke noget for børn.
Pros:

Fin pool i forskellige dybder, ren værelse og god morgenmadsbuffet.

Cons:

Det er meget langt til Pizzo centrum. Der var ikke noget underholdning for børn, og legepladsen var gammelt og ikke noget værd.

Lovely for a stay for two days, wouldn’t stay any longer.
Pros:

Tranquility above all. Stunning pool.

Cons:

The pool bar not being open, it felt awkward to get a drink or soft drink when you have to go to reception each time. In the fitness centre, the treadmill shorts out after about a km, so shouldn’t really advertise having a fitness centre when the only working machine is a bike and a 10kg barbell. Lunch menu same as dinner menu means boring meals. Also on a minor point, being charged for towel rental, it’s meant to be a 4 star resort.

Posto molto tranquillo. Giardini curatissimi, ho trascorso solo una notte e non ho avuto il tempo di vedere tutto. Colazione ottima

Found it strange that you are charged for pool towels even though we returned them…Breakfast items aren’t replenished (at least within 15 minutes) when it gets busy.

Perfect stay!

Everything was great . The cottage was perfectly clean and spacious. The pool nice and plenty of space.Breakfast -good croissants.

Pros:

Resort curato e molto grande, diverse attività da fare (bike, piscina, passeggiate nel bosco, minigolf) se si rimane in struttura. Ristorante molto buono con prodotti di qualità.

Cons:

Materasso e cuscini non molto comodi, oltre al ristorante non c'è alcuna possibilità di comprare snack (è un peccato essendo fuori dal centro). Colazione non molto fornita

La struttura è molto bella ed offre molti servizi.

Cons:

La piscina chiude decisamente troppo presto (ore 18.30) e purtroppo il personale non si presenta all'altezza della struttura (non conosce il menù, sbaglia ordinazioni, non serve il vino ordinato per aperitivo perché tanto "fate voi no?").

Bello ma meglio qualche anno fa.
Pros:

L'ambiente, la pulizia, la tranquillità, la Spa e i massaggi.

Cons:

Che i prezzi detti prima di ordinare i massaggi alla Spa non corrispondessero quando si doveva pagare, staff della Spa non molto serio in questo senso.

Mancanza di animazione e bar in piscina, e per i costi avrei incluso un piccolo pacchetto relax nella spa.
