Great location but getting a bit tired.
Pros:

Great location across the road from the beach. The rooms are reasonable size and well equipped. There is adequate parking under the building. Lots of restaurants close by and an Indian Restaurant on the ground floor. We have stayed here on a number of occasions as it is on the quieter end of the bay. Years ago they offered breakfast in the restaurant but since Covid it is self catering only. The TV is good and has free Netflix.

Cons:

The motel is an old building that has been adequately tarted up but probably due for a full refit. We made enquiry about EV charging and were told that there was an EV charger on site. The "charger" turned out to be a 240v power point in the basement. Not really suitable as an EV charger. Since it is self catering the apartment could use a dishwasher.

Relaxing stay.
Pros:

The one bedroom apartment was spacious, and the view from the balcony was lovely.
The bedroom had a TV and aircon, bathroom had a washing machine and dryer.
Kitchen had cooking appliances and large fridge.
Location is central on the Esplanade.
Undercover secured parking.
Heated swimming pool.
Communal BBQ was clean and easy to use.
Onsite Indian Restaurant.

Cons:

Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was annoying, I think the shower head needs to be replaced.
The water pressure from the vanity and the kitchen sink were good.
Lift is very slow.
