Chigdem Hotel - Special Class

Ich habe 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und war rundum begeistert. Alles ist top sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super – ruhig und perfekt, um einfach mal runterzukommen. Besonders der Poolbereich ist absolut klasse. Auch der Kaffee hat geschmeckt, und insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team: Der Service ist erstklassig, alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein besonderer Dank an die Hotelmanagerin Tugce, die mir bei der Anreise sehr geholfen hat, nachdem ich mich verfahren hatte. Auch Mehmet – super sympathisch und immer zuvorkommend.

Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder!

Ruhig war es nicht, aber wir waren 100 m vom Basar entfernt und dort war gerade das Gewürzfestival. Deswegen waren wir auch dort und hatten uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht mit Wlan und Parkplatz. Haben uns diverse male über das Wlan beschwert. Wlan gab es erst nach 36 von 50 Stunden aufendhalt ,nach dem wir einen Türkischen Freund eingeschalten haben. Frühstück mit Toast von A101 muss nicht sein. Würde es nicht mehr Buchen. PS Wir leben in der Türkei und Reisen auch hier immer wieder in andere Orte und machen dort kurz Urlaub. Da wir da Personal oft gesehen Haben....Nette begrüssung aber dann war das Handy war wichtiger

Wir waren 9 Nächte dort und alles war fabelhaft. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das Frühstück und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Çiğdem und dem gesamten Team! Das Zimmer war wunderschön, und die Umgebung ebenso. Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt und zu den Bars war es sehr ruhig. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

İlgi ve alaka çok güzeldi kahvaltısı da çok lezzetliydi ancak bir çift olarak yaptığımız konaklamada çevre seslerin çok duyulması ve sokak köşesinde olması sebebiyle uyku huzurumuzu etkiledi. Alaçatı sokaklarına çok yakın konum olarak iyi yerde ancak otopark hizmeti var denmesine rağmen aracımızı bir kere otelin önüne çekebildik bu konuda zayıf kaldılar onun haricinde güzel bir deneyimdi

Odalar çok güzel ve otantik olarak döşenmiş, temizlik açısından gayet güzeldi , en favorimiz serpme kahvaltısı idi, çok lezzetliydi çok begendik , huzur ve dinlenme li tatil düşünüyorsanız butik havuzu ve sessizliği ile mükemmel bi tercih olacaktır, ben ve eşim çok memnun kaldık , personeli çok ilgili ve kibar , tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz

Alaçatı'da güler yüzlü personeliyle tertemiz, sıcacık ve sanatsal bir konaklama yeri. Oldukça merkezi bir konumda. Kahvaltısı mükemmel. Muhteşem bir deneyimdi.

Hyggeligt lille hotel, god stemning og fint værelse. Beliggenheden er super i forhold til centrum. God morgenmad.

Superbe hôtel familial incroyablement situé (1 minute à pied du centre mais au calme sur une colline). Grandes chambres très propres, piscine, excellent petit déjeuner servi à table.
Les hôtes sont charmants, parlent anglais et vois aident dans toutes vis démarches.
Nous reviendrons !

There was a misunderstanding from the hotel staff during our check-in, but this was resolved after a few minutes. We then had a very pleasant overnight stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for accessing Alaçatı town centre, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a heat pump in the room, which we were thankful for.

The breakfast spread was absolutely incredible - such variety of flavours both in the edible dishes and the beverages.

The owners and the reception staff treated us so warmly, as if we were family.

We would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for an authentic local experience at a beautiful property with an on-site swimming pool, and you appreciate good food.

Beautiful small hotel in excellent location. Very close to old town and easy parking. Nice swimming pool and roof terrace bar. Rooms full of character. Breakfast excellent. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Great place to stay.

This is an amazing boutique hotel very close, about 5 minutes walk, to the centre but it feels as though it’s in the country. The service cannot be faulted and the owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming. We received tea and cakes on arrival and again in late afternoon when they were brought to our loungers around the pool. The breakfast was fit for a Sultan. We will certainly return.

It is the best hotel i have ever been and seen in my life. Staff is amazing(melike and leyla) breakfast is outstanding . So highly recommend

We liked the hotel. It's walking distance from the town center. Clean rooms. Good service. The only let down was their breakfast.

Lovely small hotel, fabulous breakfast which has daily variations and some low key background classical and jazz music to accompany it. The staff were helpful and accommodating and we immediately felt at home. The feel of the hotel is shabby chic with plenty of attention to detail. Good quality bedding and towels, with daily towel change and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend the hotel which is easy walking distance to the lovely, charming town of Alacati.

We loved our stay at Chigdem so much we stayed on for an extra night. The service was superb, the rooms very comfortable with great breakfasts and afternoon teas.

The breakfast was unbelievable, the staff was accommodating, and the location is right near all the great restaurants. The pool is also lovely. The rooms are very nice but you have to request new towels, linens etc. Overall I would highly recommend-- we had an excellent stay here.

This hotel was excellent, exactly what we were looking for. Very helpful and attentive staff who gave us great recommendations for evening meals in town. The hotel was quiet being the end of March so we had a very relaxed time. The breakfasts were incredible, home made bread and sweet buns, marmalades, honey, olives, tomato and cucumber salads, omelettes, 4 or 5 different types of cheese, coffee, tea, etc.
