Alanya'ya tekrar geri gelirsem tekrar kalacağım bir otel.
Pros:

Otelin kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve güzeldi konumu çok iyi. Otopark sorunu da yok otelin önünde yer bulunabiliyor.

Väga hea hommikusöök. Väga hea asukoht - otse sadamas ja Alanya keskuses.

Cons:

Ühel ööl oli meeletu lärm kusagi kõrval tubades ja see kestis vist kusagil kella kolme-neljani öösel. Läheduses on väga lärmakas ööklubi ja selle lärm kostub tuppa.

Great stay and great value
Pros:

The hotel newly renovated and merged with the building next to it .. it’s my second time in this hotel and I will never choose another place to stay in Alanya . Everything was perfect

Cons:

Unfortunately there is no indoor pool but they have heated outdoor pool .

В зимний период не стоит переплачивать деньги за холодный бассейн
Pros:

Отель достаточно свежий, хорошее расположение, отзывчивый персонал, близко к набережной, красивые виды с террасы, завтраки достаточно разнообразные, но выбор основных блюд маленький.
Есть хранение багажа.

Cons:

Соотношение цена / качество, не соответствуют ожиданию. Переплата за бассейн около 30-40$ ночь.
1. Почему был выбран данный отель, это бассейн, но он все дни проживания был ледяной. Поэтому, если вы хотите теплый бассейн, не советуем переплачивать за то, чего нет. Когда обращались на ресепшн, нам было сказано, что он 27*, и сейчас наберут, чтоб сделали погорячее. Но ничего не менялось, за все 4 дня проживания. Нам только кивали и улыбались, что все исправят. По факту, температура как в море, градусов +-15.
2. Меню подушек есть, но подушек нет. Подушки и матрас очень неудобные, подушки комками, после них болит шея, спать неудобно.
3. Чистота, как и в большинстве отелях, на тройку. Ремонт обычный, никакой. Косметические принадлежности, частично использованы. Пятна на постельном белье.

Нас очень тепло встретили с комплиментом, вкусняшкой печенькой
На возникшие вопросы любезно отвечали и вежливо помогали разрешить возникшие проблемы.
Отель нам очень понравился своим уютом, кухней( ЗАВТРАКИ ОТЛИЧНЫЕ)Разнообразие фруктов, сыров, Авокадо....
Очень дружелюбный персонал,всегда рад помочь.
Расположение отличное,рядом магазины,рестораны.
Ин ша Аллах как будем в Алании,снова забронируем NUMAPORT😊.

Недостаточное освещение в комнате. В остальном все было отлично.
