Although the location was perfect in terms of access to the city it came with some late night street and traffic noise. This was not the fault of the hotel but did impact at times.
The staff were always available and could not do enough to help. Room was kept clean and had always been serviced when we returned after sightseeing.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.
Would recommend for couples and singles.

We had a wonderful stay at Cubo. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. They are dressed each day and the complimentary refreshments are re-stocked daily. The location is perfect, just on the fringes of the Old Town with a bus stop right outside. It's so quiet at night despite being by a road.
The staff are incredibly friendly, they always greet you with a smile each time they see you. They are a credit to the establishment. Always happy to help and provide information on the local area, what buses to take etc.
Breakfast is excellent. We had pretty much everything there was on the menu. From traditional Slovenian and Italian dishes to international classics, it was all delicious and served with a smile.
The hotel is priced very fairly for what it provides. It's number 2 on TripAdvisor for a reason. We would happily return here next time. Thank you to all the staff, you guys make the stay so pleasant and enjoyable.

Moderne grande chambre très innovante mais confortable on sent que cet hôtel essaie vraiment de faire la différence et le service du petit déjeuner est vraiment super qualitatif point beaucoup d'hôtels proposent des formules géniales au petit déjeuner mais eux sont très créatifs.
On entend un peu de bruit puisque forcément il y a une avenir à côté mais bon le centre de Lubiana n'est pas l'endroit le plus calme au monde

Hotel situato in una posizione molto comoda per visitare il centro di Lubiana a piedi e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. All'arrivo l'auto viene presa in carico dallo staff dell'hotel che la parcheggia nel loro posteggio privato (a pagamento). Staff molto accogliente e gentile. Camere molto spaziose, ben curate e pulite. Struttura innovativa con chiave digitale e smartphone di stanza per qualsiasi necessità. Colazione a là carte molto buona anche se non molto varia.

Extrem zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir sind selten so gut empfangen worden. Sensationnelles Frühstück. Super Lage. Sehr gut geeignet für Autoreisende (Parkplatz mit günstiger Lademöglichkeit)
Unser Zimmer strassenseitig im ersten Stock befand sich über einer Bushaltestelle und war nachts recht laut. Das Zimmer der Kinder lag zum Innenhof hin und war hingegen sehr ruhig gelegen.

Location excellent close to all that Ljubljana has to offer. Service even better. Free stocked minibar too. Valet parking too - ~ parking costs about Euros 20 a day.

Great location. Fantastic staff. Very good breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms a little small but given location near old town, not unusual. A great base to explore old town.

Lovely hotel just 5 mins walk from centre.
We had a quiet spacious and modern room. The air con worked really well which was needed in the heatwave we experienced whilst there.
Staff were so friendly and polite from check in to just greeting you as you came in or left the building.
Breakfast felt like a Michelin star restaurant experience. All cooked to order and very tasty and fresh.
Bath towels lovely and fluffy and bed firm but comfortable. Did not hear any noise from other rooms or road noise. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed; Safe, minibar, toiletries, slippers, dressing gown, coffee machine.
Only 2 things if had to be picky was that bath quite high when stepping in and out of shower and the plug in sink was not an actual plug as such to save overflowing but this wasted water when husband had a shave and difficult to then wash face or clean contact lenses in.
We had a lovely stay and would return to this hotel.
Ljubljana is a great city.
