Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel

We stayed 3 nights and were upgraded to a suite. Staff were all very helpful. Wine and chocolates were a lovely surprise. Room was spotless and very comfortable. We would return happily

Sehr zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Es war alles bestens, Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Besonders gut ist die zentrale, aber gleichzeitig ruhige Lage des Hotels.

A pleasant stay on two occasions. The rooms were very comfortable. It's a small hotel with all amenities, making the stays enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy. The free breakfast was surprisingly impressive — a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

The hotel itself is spotless, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and has easy access to public transportation, which made getting around super convenient.

Overall, this place is a gem. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing place! Great location and service, beautiful house.

Small quaint hotel in the small Lastarria neighborhood 2 blocks from all the action. Had a ‘Deluxe’ room which was perfect size and well appointed. Also HAS Direct TV. Saw the Academy awards/Oscars. Breakfast very good cuz you can order eggs any style or omlette, at no extra cost. Also Expresso cappuccino. Gorgeous breakfast area. Friendly and respectful service. Also laundry service. The Lastarria hood is a small triangle area with low rise buildings and bohemian flair and lively. . Full of locals. Nice street music. It’s pretty rustic with graffiti. Some very good restaurants. Especially BocaNariz ( MouthNose) and Republica Independiente del Pisco ( next store). The area is not ‘commercial’ in the sense that there are no pictures of food plates displayed outside or employees pressuring one to go into their local, etc.

I stayed at Casa Bueras Hotel in Santiago in December, 2025. Check-in was a little unusual: although I had secured the reservation with a credit card, the staff specifically asked for a debit card, which I provided along with the PIN. After returning home, I discovered my debit card had been compromised, with $2,000 withdrawn. My bank confirmed it was used near the hotel shortly after check-in. I also found another guest’s ATM card in my wallet, which made the situation even more concerning. I reported everything to the manager, who initially said he would investigate, but his follow-up only offered explanations unrelated to the fraud.

While I cannot prove exactly what happened, the timing and circumstances were alarming. I urge guests to be extra careful with wallets, cards, and personal belongings during their stay.

Nuestra estadía en Casa Bueras fue excelente. Las habitaciones son realmente hermosas, de las más bonitas en las que me he alojado. El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto y se siente muy elegante y acogedor al mismo tiempo. El jardín con la piscina es precioso y crea un ambiente muy tranquilo en medio de la ciudad. También quiero destacar especialmente al personal: todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa. Realmente hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor.

The facility is tired, and the shower was moldy. The place needs a major overhaul. A 3-star at most.

This hotel was a delight! The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. The location was excellent, easy walking distance from most areas of interest. The room was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago!

Bad experience , the price is high and no service .
Room : old , windows doesn’t really closed , you can here everything from outside , bathroom moldy , AC doesn’t work well .
Swimming pool : the deckchair old , and the grass around the swimming pool smell very bad , «  you don’t want to chill there »
During one night I could not sleep , a dog did bark during all night .
The only good point : location .
I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

A wonderful little hotel perfectly located in Lastarria for restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Staff were super helpful and accommodating to requests. The pool is a perfect oasis after touristing in the summer heat. Highly recommended.
