Casa Bueras Boutique Hotel

Bad experience , the price is high and no service .
Room : old , windows doesn’t really closed , you can here everything from outside , bathroom moldy , AC doesn’t work well .
Swimming pool : the deckchair old , and the grass around the swimming pool smell very bad , «  you don’t want to chill there »
During one night I could not sleep , a dog did bark during all night .
The only good point : location .
I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

A wonderful little hotel perfectly located in Lastarria for restaurants, bars and sightseeing. Staff were super helpful and accommodating to requests. The pool is a perfect oasis after touristing in the summer heat. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, elegant rooms, breakfast terrace a hidden, calm oasis but most of all, the hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and seemed very happy to be helpful.

Great hotel - excellent location, near to great bars and restaurants. Lovely room/breakfast and really friendly staff too.

Great spot - the location is excellent, the staff is cheerful and helpful, and the breakfast is good as well. Rooms are nice, especially those with the outdoor patio.

Genuinely lovely experience at this small hotel- we stayed at two neighborhood hotels and this was definitely the best. The neighborhood is lovely, artsy, and safe, and I’d highly recommend staying here over more corporate hotels. I had the slightly upgraded room which was very spacious and well-appointed, including a lovely box of chocolates and bottle of wine. Mostly though, I’d recommend because the staff goes above and beyond, and the value of the stay is quite high vs the price.

In the fun interesting historic area with great (world class) restaurants nearby. Room deliciously air conditioned. Clean! Back garden area is beautiful and relaxing. Staff very helpful.

Close to restaurants and park and hop on hop bus etc. Room clean. Great breakfast. Atmosphere was very nice.

A delightful hotel. Gorgeous parquet flooring, paintings and decorations make this a fabulous little oasis in Santiago. All complemented by a lovely little pool in the garden.
Staff are very welcoming. We arrived a bit early but as my wife was unwell on arrival they made every effort to allow us to check in early so she could go and lie down. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Casa Bueras several times and used the hotel as our base while traveling South America.
The staff were extremely helpful and always good natured no matter what our requests.
The location is great for down town and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of the city.
The pool was an added bonus of hot afternoons.

Breakfast was very good and included eggs and bacon to order. Location was very good. Staff was very accommodating.

The hotel is in a nice location. The manager and staff were friendly and responsive. The terrace & garden were nice.
