Pros:

位置在博多車站跟地鐵祇園站之間，不會很吵鬧。

まぁまぁ満足
Pros:

駅近くでコンビニもすぐ近く。

Cons:

部屋は思ってたより狭い。
エレベーターが工事中で１台しか使えない状態
工事の人や部品運びが邪魔だった。

便利な立地でまた利用したい
Pros:

清潔感もあって祇園駅からも近い。博多駅にも歩いていけるくらいの距離感だった。
また、たまたま部屋が用意できていたので、早めにチェックイン時間前に部屋に通してもらえたのも有り難かった。

Cons:

シングルルームは広々という感じではないが、泊まるだけなら問題ない広さだった

快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

買い物についてのアドバイスが的確だった。
check out時、手荷物の宅配を依頼したら、ちゃんとビニール袋をかけて届いた。
行きも帰りも送迎バスがすぐ利用できて助かった。
等、受付の方々の対応がとても良かったです。

Cons:

1階の食事のお店が満席で夕食で利用できなかったのが残念でした。
