初めて車🚗できたので、博多駅を目標にして良かった

Pros:

住宿位置十分方便，早抵達晚抵達都可以寄放行李，房務人員也會自行在房間整理好後協助將行李搬運至客房，十分貼心

Cons:

舊館雙人房空間較為狹小，新館公寓式酒店房型大小舒適但有遇到抽風機越開浴室霉味越加劇的情況，淋浴空間管線可能有需要加強清理的地方

Room a bit small
Breakfast served - not buffet and Japanese food only was served. It was tasty but a bit heavy for people who are not used to this type of food for breakfast

また利用したいなと思いました
Pros:

博多織からホテルまで送迎車があり、子連れには大変助かりました。
チェックアウトが11:00というのも、朝ゆっくり支度が出来て良かったです。

最高
Pros:

別館に宿泊しました。子連れだったので広めの浴槽や大きめの洗面台など家庭的な部分がとても助かりました。風呂には乾燥機能がついてあり、ランドリーで洗った洗濯物を干す事もできました。バス、トイレが別々だったのも嬉しいポイントでした。

Cons:

1階のランドリー付近に両替機がなく、両替のため本館に行かなければならない事が少々不便でした。

宿泊先やスタッフの対応がとても良かった
Pros:

スタッフが親切な対応であった。観光場所の交通手段等も丁寧に教えてもらった。WIHIがない条件だったが実際にはWIHI環境があり良かった。

Cons:

ホテルの場所が分かりづらく迷ってしまった。
