Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte
Pros:

Die Küche mit Kaffeeautomat. Ruhige Lage, die Betten waren bequem. Wir konnten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt laufen. Parkplatz kostenlos in der Nähe, die Räder durften wir kostenlos in der Tiefgarage parken.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans les chambres malgré la canicule estivale. Pour un hôtel classé, cet équipement devrait être à disposition.

Pros:

Das Hotel versprüht den Charm der Moderne und es ist schön bunt. Hatte ein tolles Zimmer im 5 OG, mit Küchenblock und Kühlschrank. Bett sehr gut, Dusche geräumig und alles da was man so braucht für eine Nacht.

Cons:

irgendwie hatte ich das Gefühl das dass Leitungswasser micht zum Trinken ist.

Excellent location, comfortable stay, great breakfast.
Pros:

Great location by the water, comfy beds, having interconnecting rooms for our family was great. Lovely breakfast and helpful efficient reception and breakfast staff. Nice breeze in one room when window open. Shutters were appreciated to block out the sun in the hottest part of the day as we stayed during the late May heatwave. The shampoo/shower gel provided smelled lovely.

Cons:

The hotel parking was full when we arrived. There was also a sporting event on that weekend (which we hadn’t been made aware of before arriving). This meant parking in nearby streets was also not possible after 8pm that night. There was free public parking with plenty of spaces a 5 minute walk away though. Just made it quite difficult arriving and leaving with our heavy suitcases. One of the interconnected rooms was very hot as there weren’t shutters on the window to keep the sun out in the hottest part of the day so that room elated quite warm overnight even with the window wide open. The shower in one room had the window opening into the shower stall, which was a bit strange, but just about manageable!
We had booked and paid in advance for a room rate which had “breakfast included” so we were quite confused to be asked to pay the hotel for breakfast separately when we arrived. We had to carefully check the invoice details in the booking app and our bank account, which made checking in a bit stressful, but it seems that although breakfast is included in the rate quoted by booking.com, they don’t actually take payment for the breakfast at the time of booking, that’s paid direct to the hotel along with the local tax on arrival. This could have been made clearer at the time of booking or on the booking confirmation email to avoid stress and confusion on checking in. But all was correct and prices were as stated when booking

J'ai apprécié la proximité avec le centre ville et le bar ouvert tard 7j/7 dans lequel on peut manger.
Dans la 1ère chambre qu'on nous a attribuée, le lit était collé contre le mur. Ma mère(87 ans)n'aurait pas pu se lever la nuit pour aller aux WC. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre avec un lit mieux adapté, ce qui a été fait.

Cons:

En revanche, la propreté de la nouvelle chambre était très limite! Les WC avaient des traces de matière fécale et il y avait des cheveux et des miettes au sol, pas top!

Réservation pour une vue sur bassin, au prix fort, la chambre livrée avait vue sur les toits de la ville. Nous avons souhaité obtenir la vue impérativement sur bassin vu le prix. Il a fallu attendre 20 minutes pour trouver la solution. Finalement, vue sur bassin sur une seule fenêtre, et les deux autres vue sur immeuble d'en face. La chambre était petite, et aucun ustensiles a disposition. Comment peut-on réserver au prix fort une vue sur bassin et se retrouver dans une catégorie inférieure trois fois plus médiocre ? Très habitués à cet établissement, étant déçu fortement, je n'y retournerai plus puisque cet établissement n'entretient pas la qualité ni l'organisation.
