Bathrooms need renovation, tissue papers were like left overs , not new , food was excellent
Proximity to the stadium. Can be better if the other gate towards Baner road is open

Worse than a motel on the highway! Instead os employees they have goons. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Overall a good horel. Wifi could be better. The bathroom did not have proper ventilation

I had an absolutely amazing stay here and will be back each time I come to the area. Chetan, Pawan, and Simona were all great as were the housekeeping, front desk and Boulevard teams. I cant wait to come back.

The hotel is very tired and requires an upgrade, evident with the wear and tear on room doors, the wall coverings on the levels where the rooms were and the carpets. The rooms, the lobby and the cafe were all presentable. The cafe staff were extremely welcoming but we did have to do without coffee a few mornings as the machine had broken. Also frustrating was the fact that we had to return several times to reception to activate the room access cards as they did not work on arrival at the room. We had booked two rooms and while the one my mum and I shared was comfortable, my sisters room was very noisy (she was at the end room on a corner). She thought that there was a door from her room to outside that had been locked but she could hear the traffic, dogs fighting which meant she did not sleep very well. We did not make use of the pool or facilities as they were being renovated which had not been advised prior to our stay.

There is mold in the bathroom. Very poor ventilation.

Dirty and looting. Slow and lazy staff.

Not a great experience. Room was not as promised.

A dated property internally, but still a very nice stay with very attentive staff.

Staff and service was 5 star but WiFi barely works, gym is outside and not usable because of the pollution, food is mediocre, and hotel feels dirty for a five star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

Extremely unpleasant rooms, didn’t even get another room after requesting a different room saying that the current room is dirty.

Rooms need an upgrade, staff is friendly and do their best at all times even though we were at a peak wedding season. Cleanliness can be improved. Food is value for money but needs support eg sambar is tasty but not served hot. Ditoo idlis at breakfast buffet.

Service staff was good, breakfast was healthy and served on time. Room was silent.

Room doors were too thin. Could hear other guests talking loudly outside the door till midnight.

I selected this hotel for my parents. My parents ( senior citizens ) were in the hotel. They had a long stay of 5 days. It was comfortable and they enjoyed the food service.

Comfortable stay for parents. Some issues were there with room temperature, as it was low. However Premium room had option where thermostat was turned down and heater was provided. Breakfast was great.
