Un séjour parfait .
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Rome , moderne , lumineux , confortable…
Tout le personnel est très accueillant .
Nous les remercions pour leur écoute et leur réactivité, en particulier quand la climatisation des couloirs est devenue très bruyante. Incident qui peut survenir à tout endroit, qui a été diagnostiqué et réglé en quelques heures.
Merci en particulier à Roberto pour son français et son sourire.

A wonderful experience
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Lunetta during a family trip to Rome and booked a couple of rooms. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just steps away. The hotel has a charming boutique feel, and our rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were consistently helpful and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a fantastic place. We hope to return often!
Pros:

Loved most everything about this place! Such wonderful staff, so charming and sweet and personable, fabulous location, very intimate and gave us a suite that we had not booked at the same province as our regular double room.

Cons:

Please make sure there are more towel bars and that the bars for drying clothing are heated in the evening. We’d love to be able to control the room heat too.

Pros:

Начну с благодарности. Огромное спасибо за апгрейд номера. Первоначальный стандартный номер мне любезно заменили на сьют и это был лучший подарок! Расположение очень удачное, пешком можно добраться практически до всех достопримечательностей Рима. Маленький, но уютный СПА. Завтрак небогатый, но всегда свежие сыры, колбасы, омлет, фрукты, выпечка. Подушки это отдельный восторг, более удобных я не встречала. Уборка на уровне. Каждый вечер возле подушки был шоколад и открытка с прогнозом на завтра. Очень мило.

Cons:

Вначале при заселении был предоставлен номер очень небольшого размера, с крохотным окном, чтобы в него попасть нужно было преодолеть ступеньки, помощь с багажом мне не предложили, так что пришлось кое-как затащить чемодан весом 22 кг наверх самостоятельно. В номере помещались либо я, либо чемодан. Но, к счастью, менеджмент отеля поменял мне номер на следующий день на великолепный сьют.
В дальнем крыле отеля слышны звуки стройки из соседнего здания примерно с 6 утра. Хотелось бы большего разнообразия блюд из яиц на завтрак. И в отеле предоставляют только одну бутылку воды на весь срок проживания. В Риме можно пить воду и из под крана, но для тех, кто привык к ежедневному пополнению питьевой воды это неудобно.

Consistently good hotel
Pros:

I've been coming to Lunetta Hotel intermittently for years and it has been consistently a good place to stay in Rome as it has kept the quality over time! The rooms are comfortable, it is not noisy and it has a good breakfast. The location is very convenient, close to Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and there are good not touristic restaurants nearby.
