Very good hotel overall, and exceptional in several ways.
Pros:

Room was fine, not spectacluar, but fine. Breakfast was excellent. The basement pool and spa were a super addition to the hotel, and got good use from our troop.

Cons:

Wish the exterior surroundings of the location were as upscale as the hotel, meaning the hotel could have been better placed.

Very relaxing stay in Rome
Pros:

Everything ! Loved the location and the amenities . It is a spa so from the moment you enter, it feels like one . The staff was very accommodating and professional . The room was so comfortable, I did not want to leave . They also offered us free massages with the stay . Unfortunately, due to the time constraints, we were unable to use them .

Great experience
Pros:

Location was perfect for all major site seeing. 15 minute walk to every thing. Rooms were spacious and turn down service was a nice surprise. Breakfast was included which was great!

Hope to go back someday.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent. Very nice hotel and lots of good food nearby. The staff sat us down for a cappuccino when we arrived and showed us a map recommending attractions.

Cons:

Had some unavoidable maintenance issues with the shower. The staff was quick to accommodate and solve.
