Great three days in an amazing city staying in an excellent where the staff could t have done more to help.
Pros:

Great, central location to be able to walk everywhere.
Nice to have the spa at the end of two long days when our legs were cooked!
The staff were great and so helpful in recommending restaurants etc.
Would definitely return…

Fantastic location, wonderful staff!
Pros:

We loved the location, which was so central to everything, and also beautiful. The room was small but comfortable, with very nice details. Staff were always polite, friendly and extremely
helpful, advising us and calling taxis. We also had very nice breakfasts, and drinks on the sunny rooftop terrace. Loved this hotel!

The staff was so kind and accomadating. The breakfast was varied and delicious and gave us a strong start to each day.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé par apport aux différents sites à visiter.

Literie confortable, hôtel silencieux et personnel accueillant.

D'une manière générale, L'hôtel est bié équipé.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est limité pour un 4 étoiles, peu de diversité et pas de nourriture et boissons pour les intolérances.

Il ya des travaux sur la basilic collée à l'hôtel et du coup bcp de bruit, tôt le matin si la fenêtre est ouverte.
La vue deouis la chambre donne sur l'échafaudage donc, pas de possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre, l'hôtel aurait dû prévenir et faire un rabais.

Le spa înclu dans le prix est limité a 45 min ce qui est scandaleux vu le prix de l'hôtel.

Dans la salle de bain, il manquait des rangements

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a 3 min piazza navona. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El baño grande y el desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy blandas, pero eso es algo más personal.
