i liked the location and my pool facing room. The food was very good

Cons:

The aircon was controlled by the hotel it was very hot sometimes and I couldnt control it in my room. The restaurant wasnt controlled and I heard about 4 people say they had just walked in nearly every day for their evening meal. The towels on sunbeds were a joke. People would q waiting for the sunbeds then run to get their beds put the towels on but then leave them. We only came down when we were ready to sit on them this should be monitered and the towels taken off after about 30 mins.

Really had a great time celebrating my friends birthday at this hotel.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. Couldn't ask for a better location if looking for the Benidorm night life

Cons:

A few more choices regarding meals would would have been greatly appreciated.

Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic , I don’t really eat fried food but there was enough fresh fruit , cereals , breads and different types of eggs etc
The rooms are cleaned very well
Location fantastic for entertainment and if you have mobility issues.

Cons:

Food at night based on British food mostly , I know that’s the clientele but it would have been even better if a few more Spanish dishes.
I didn’t use the pool area but it was very very busy but again it was the start of June.

Hotel bom no meio da "Noite"
Pros:

Mesmo sendo localizado na rua principal dos bares, discotecas e muito movimentada o sistema de sonorização do hotel é muito boa.
As instalações são muito boas (tanto as do proprio hotel quanto a do quarto), o quarto que fiquei no piso 2 é grande, acolhedor, tem mini frigorífico, chaleira e secador estando tudo funciona muito bem.
Limpeza sempre em dia, só falha as camas que nao ficam "esmeradas".
Espetáculos (mesmo sendo muitos deles voltado para os Ingleses) eram bons, os bares com preços acessíveis, disponibilizam também maquinas com águas fresca (1,5l por 1,5€). Buffet de pequeno almoço e jantar com muita variedade (tudo para inglês), e as bebidas também não achei nada fora de preço.

Cons:

Não vou dizer não gostei mas sendo um hotel (onde maioritariamente são ingleses, as refeições eram muito ao estilo inglês), esquecendo se do tradicional "churros".
O serviço de quentes também falha um pouco.

Pros:

Location was perfect lots of entertainment on site. Either outside or in explorerers club. Drink reasonably priced. Staff were brilliant. Amanda in reception in particular always went the extra mile. We had a blocked toilet and maintenance fixed it straight away. Food is really good. Especially the show cooking. Soups are really nice as well. Bar staff worked really hard. Also the restaurant staff worked really hard.

Cons:

Lifts were sometimes hard to get.
