El trato de la chica de recepción cuando hice el registro de entrada

Inaceptable para un 4 estrellas: Fallos graves y una solución absurdaDecidimos alojarnos en este hotel por su categoría de 4 estrellas, pero la realidad fue una enorme decepción. La limpieza fue inexistente y la habitación presentaba múltiples desperfectos que nadie se molestó en revisar antes de nuestra llegada: bombilla fundida y la televisión no funcionaba Lo peor de todo fue la gestión del personal al intentar solucionar el problema. Nos ofrecieron un cambio de habitación dos plantas más arriba, pero pretendían que mi hija de 12 años se quedara sola en esa planta separada de nosotros, ya que no tenían habitaciones juntas disponibles. Una propuesta completamente absurda e inviable para una familia.Al rechazar esa opción por pura seguridad, el hotel no se molestó en ofrecernos ninguna otra alternativa viable ni en arreglar los desperfectos de nuestra habitación y nos dijeron que lo único que podían hacer es que cuando nos fuéramos dejemos la habitación a las 6en vez de las 12 .
Pagamos por el estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero me decepción la falta de solución y una total falta de empatía y sentido común. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Pros:

Staff are excellent, hotel is in a good location Food is buffet style and show cooking with plenty of choice

Cons:

Paid for Pool view and got side pool view. I asked at reception and was told all rooms are sold as side pool view or city view

Pros:

La atención de todo el personal pero sobre todo del personal del restaurante. El hotel está muy bien. Las piscinas también. Se come bastante bien.

Cons:

No me gustaron los cafés y zumos del desayuno. No es culpa del hotel pero está cerca de un bar que tiene música bastante alta. No pude dormir antes de las 5h el viernes por la noche por la música y los ruidos (gente cantando, chillando). Es un buen hotel si quieres salir pero si quieres descansar un poco, no lo recomiendo.

Desde el minuto uno nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. Es difícil encontrar un personal tan atento y amable; siempre puede haber alguna excepción, pero sería injusto meter a todos en el mismo saco. 😊

Todo muy limpio, habitaciones cómodas y un servicio de aseo excelente. La comida, variada y deliciosa, y el personal en general, ¡A1! Además, la ubicación es ideal: cerca de todo y de la playa. 🌊

Como única sugerencia, un dispensador de agua e hielo sería ideal, especialmente en verano. ☀️ Sin duda, ¡repetiríamos! 👏

Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. Muy cerca de todo

Cons:

El agua de la piscina estaba muy sucia.
Los ascensores funcionaban muy mal.
El buffet del restaurante con muy poca variedad para vegetarianos y casi siempre la misma comida precalentada (para mi, fue lo peor del hotel)
