Hotel refurbishment is fabulous and was the best stay but the spa was very disappointing

Se me cayó la pulsera del spa y perdí la garantía pero diez minutos más tarde me llamó Tatiana para decirme que la habían encontrado y me devolvieron lla garantía .
Me encantó el pub que había abajo. Gran ambiente y magníficas actuaciones en vivo.

Fabulous stay with great staff
Pros:

Booked this hotel for my parents and they had nothing but amazing things to say. The food was fantastic, the whole hotel was clean and all staff are so friendly. Whilst there my mum unfortunately left her iPad in the room, the cleaning staff handed it into reception and then Amanda in reception couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried. She communicated with myself and has helped return it to us. My Mum and Dad have said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benidorm from now on.

Hotel amazing , rooms beautiful and so clean , food fabulous , staff great , and the pool are lovely.Location perfect ,
Pros:

Everything !! Can't find any fault in this hotel at all, my mum and dad come here for a month the last two years , I come out for 3 days , the same time as love it ! We all will be back next year

Lo recordaremos como un un hotel que nos gusto!
Pros:

Reservamos a ultima hora y la verdad cumplio con lo esperado. El hotel super bien cuidado, modernos, habitaciones amplias y buen baño y bunea terraza, la ducha perfecta...
Ademas nos dejaron una habitacion para ducharnos a la hora irnos por la tarde, y el personal super amable.
El spa muy bien la verdad tambien.
A destacar tambien que los precios de las bebidas en las comidas/cenas eran muy baratas respecto a otros hoteles: agua 1.10 coca cola 1.3 cerveza 1.30... eso nos soprendio mucho.
La comida estaba buena pero la variedad no nos gusto.

Cons:

Lo poco negativo diria que la comida aunque estaba buena estaba muy enfocada a los ingleses. Sobrevivimos a base de arroces y ensaladas para comer, y los postres que la verdad estaban muy buenos, pero deberian pensar un poco mas en el español.
Ah y hay que ir con abrigo al buffet, demasiado fuerte la temperatura
