Please let the hotel know your arrival time in advance to reserve the free shuttle service from the train station. A reservation is required. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October).

If you travel with children, please inform the property about the number of children and their age.

Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property.

Quiet accommodation very close to St Moritz
Pros:

Lovely view, Swiss restaurant onsite was good, lovely breakfast, bed was comfortable. Electric car charging was available. Shuttle bus was excellent for catching Bernina Express. Free mountain pass was wonderful for visiting Muottas Murgal. Quiet area

Cons:

No fridge in room, buildings are all separated so you need to walk up/down to the main building for food, car park is another walk away. Italian restaurant onsite was very ordinary.

Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos. A estadia foi maravilhosa! A vista durante o café da manhã é simplesmente linda, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. A comida também estava excelente e muito agradável. Recomendo este lugar sem dúvidas!

Cons:

Os restaurantes deixaram a desejar, principalmente nas entradas como a burrata, que não estava boa. O aperol também estava muito ruim e, mesmo após reclamar, não fizeram nada para melhorar. O fondue estava excelente, mas no geral a experiência não foi satisfatória.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Cons:

Die Bettdecken waren sehr dick, sodass es nachts viel zu warm darunter war. Es wäre schön, wenn im Sommer auch dünnere Bettdecken zur Verfügung stehen würden.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und reichhaltig!

Cons:

Wir hatten ein kleineres Zimmer mit 14 m². Das Bett hatte nur eine Breite von 140m.
Das kleine Zimmer für zwei Personen anzubieten finde ich eine Frechheit, maximal als Einzelzimmer.
Für eine Übernachtung wurden 241 Euro berechnet.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut, aber für ein mittelgroßes Cordon Blue mit abgezählten 25 Pommes und zwei Bier 0,5l wurden 60 Euro berechnet. Ich machte noch nie in der Schweiz Urlaub. Vielleicht sind die Preise überall so. Für mich sind die Preise jenseits von Gut und Böse.

スイスの高い物価の中で、充実したスパを経験できたこと、朝食が質の良いものだった。ケトルも貸してもらえた。スタッフも感じがいい。

Сам отель прекрасный. Номер тоже. Расположение чудесное! Но!!! Хотелось бы, чтобы вы были болеее клиентоориентированными и гибкими в наше непростое время, когда много форс-мажоров в мире. Мой рейс задержали на сутки и я приехала на день позже. Я написала, чтобы мне передвинули даты на день, чтобы сделали хоть какой-то возврат, но во всем был отказ. Я прилетела отмечать свой юбилей, 40 лет, можно было хоть как-то сделать апгрейд номера или пойти на какие-то уступки, как например сделали в Куршавеле, просто из-за того что у меня День Рождения. Но тут во всех ключах - никакого приятного решения. Это очень и очень расстроило. Во всем мире идут на приятные бонусы в таких ситуациях.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

Super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, ein ruhiges und gemütliches Zimmer und eine wunderschöne Lage im Hang etwas abseits vom Trubel. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder!
