Important information:

Please let the hotel know your arrival time in advance to reserve the free shuttle service from the train station. A reservation is required. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October).

If you travel with children, please inform the property about the number of children and their age.

Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub!
Pros:

Super leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück, ein ruhiges und gemütliches Zimmer und eine wunderschöne Lage im Hang etwas abseits vom Trubel. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gerne wieder!

La taille de la chambre, l’amabilité du personnel, l’élégante sobriété de la décoration, la navette gratuite.

Cons:

Petit détail mais Il n’y a pas de produits de courtoisie (café /the) dans la chambre.

Tolles verlängertes Wochenende!
Pros:

Die Lage ist eigentlich direkt am Skilift Survetta. Man muss aber mit dem shuttle bus hoch und runter. Sonst tolle Lage und grosses Hotel mit feiner Küche

Cons:

Die Parkplätze beim Hotel sind unterhalb der Rezeption, was es ein wenig aufwendig macht mit dem Gepäck. Auch gibt es leider keinen Zimmerservice.

Cozy hotel
Pros:

The property is clean and has good quality.

Cons:

I made a non-refundable booking thinking the hotel was within walking distance of St. Moritz, which was my mistake. However, when I asked to cancel the next morning due to the distance, the management was not helpful.

The hotel is listed as ski-in/ski-out, but it requires quite a long walk to reach the ski railway. The room was also very small, and although the hotel didn’t seem full, my request to change rooms was not accommodated.

Overall, the management felt quite rigid. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the hotel is cozy.

Great views of the Alps. Cozy and relaxing.
Pros:

Staff was extremely nice. The main building and wellness spots are top notch. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Nothing on fault of property. Keep in mind shuttle access and cost of taxi. For the 2 mile run to center it can run you 60CHF.

Pros:

Everything - Hotel facilities, mainly sauna and jacuzzi, friendly staffs, it was to help with everything (extra pillows, questions and directions).

Cons:

I think only the transfer should work more hours between 11am and 3pm, as the hotel is not that close to city centre.
