Akşam yemeklerinde bir içeçek ikramı bile yapılmayan bir yer

Çarşaflarda yastıklarda irili ufaklı kıllar vardı bu yüzden temiz olduklarını zannetmiyorum. İlk gün banyoda sıcak su yoktu. Lobi ve çalışanlar sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlü insanlardı. Mutfak büyüktü ve yemek çeşitliydi. Havuzu kullanmadık. Yakın olan kadınlar pilajı da gördüğümüz en kirli denizdi.

Odamız temiz değildi hijyen açısından bu çok önemli havluların içinde kıllar çıktı belli ki yıkanmadan geri koyulmuş. Kapısı sürdülü kapı olduğu için gece çok zor kilitledik kapı kolu bile yoktu. Banyonun içine koydukları tek kullanımlık şampuanın ağzı açıktı. Tuvalet kağıtları ıslaktı. Bir tek ulaşımı kolay olamasını beğendim. Bir daha gelir miyim gelmem kimseye de tavsiye etmem.

Temizlik çok iyi, konum çok iyi, kahvaltı orta, havuz temiz, görevliler ilgili, tekrar gidilir mi gidilir 👍

This hotel is basic. The property is in dire need of a refund. Cleaning needs some attention esp in the dinning and pool area.

Great stay had a problem with one irish guy but hotel sorted it out after complaints from other guests

Room & balcony huge for 3 star hotel, I like that the balcony is private - I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels where there is no divider between balconies and everyone can see you or start talking to you which is annoying if you want privacy, but Ponz hotel balcony is complete privacy and great! The swimming pool is bigger than most higher end hotels. Only bad thing is the wifi, weak or no connection. Location is down the street from the beach and 20 min walk into Kusadasi town. The middle aged guy with black hair and white t-shirt
that's serving the drinks and food to the pool was creepy the first two days until I deliberately ignored him he backed off, that was a damper to my stay - please don't try to hit on the guests it's unprofessional. The younger guy who checked me in on my late arrival was professional and great, thank you! The housekeeping guys are awesome! All the reception staff was always friendly and ready to help, thanks for your hospitality - overall a very good stay.

Booked a room quite a long time in advance - but got informed upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked so we either had to migrate between several rooms during our stay or get one without the balcony (although I booked the one with). Otherwise all good - nice staff and good location.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days at Ponz Hotel. After some off-the-beaten-track hotel stays in Istanbul and Goreme, we were pleasantly surprised with the modern, chic, clean, up market feel of the Ponz Hotel. It's right next to the Ladies beach - 1 minute walk. The shuttle bus (no. 5 which takes you to the city center, the Grand market, the Otogar) is also available within 10 meters from the hotel. It's very close to the large lineup of resturants on Ladies Beach. The best ones are the SomeWhereElse Irish Pub and the Palm Beach Cafe. Hassan the main guy at the hotel makes breakfast in the morning - very nice plush restaurant. We only had trouble in getting early breakfast. The cook comes in after 8 AM - so if you are planning for a day trip to Ephesus or Pamukkale you might just have to go hungry from the hotel or get something wrapped from the hotel restaurant. It's got a nice pool - although we didn't find time to use it. The room was sparkling clean. The netire hotel, the rooms, almost everything had a aqua blue theme which gave it a fresh feeling. We really enjoyed out stay at Ponz Hotel. Highly recommended !!!
