The breakfast was poor, staff were inattentive, we had to ask for tea , no one asked us and we had our breakfast almost eaten at this stage
There should have been a menu for orders from the kitchen instead of fried eggs sitting there over an hour at least.
All the good hotels offer this, and your standards otherwise are up there, but I won't be going back for the food

Plenty of parking, first impressions were efficient welcoming staff at reception. Spacious room didn't disappoint, comfy bed, tea/coffee/kettle, tv. Walk in shower, with products provided.
Had fab food in restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, didn't get to use the swimming pool ...

The only small thing was that the sanitizer at the entry to the lifts on B, G, L and second floor were empty other than that 😜

Beautiful hotel everything about it was spot on, lovely reception area with the grand staircase going through the middle the staff were really pleasant and very helpful the food was lovely, all in all a fantastic couple of nights meeting up with family and we wouldn't hesitate to stop there again thank you .
Nothing couldn't fault it
From the moment we arrived till we left the service was exceptional from all staff. They were very professional, helpful and always willing to assist. The hotel itself was quite a lot bigger than we expected but was very clean and the room we booked was bigger than we thought. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
I attended a wedding there and the only issue I had was the cost of drinks from the bar. It was quite expensive and to me personally, would be the only dampener on what was a fabulous day.
