I was impressed with food menu. Pizza perfect the beautiful Brie left me down a little as too much cheese for a portion and would loved a recurrent jelly with three pieces. The staff at reception great. The bar staff could do with a little training on raising the bar. They are good but a little finess would make the hotel exceptional.
Need to finesse bar staff and review you food just a little less can be more and better profit margin. Health option of salad not available warm day
Everything was very good - the food was excellent and staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was very comfortable . I really enjoyed me stay here.

Staff were all lovely. So warm and welcoming.
Didn’t like high windows in our room. Rooms to the front of building had full windows and better views.

Pool times not convenient. 9 am on a Sunday would prefer open earlier. Closed early on very hot day.
The hallways were cooler than the actual room. No air con in the rooms and were basically told to put up with it with a small child. We were given a fan that was blowing hot air and when we asked about moving to an air conditioned room we were told there was none available even though online it showed there was accommodation available for 2 adults and a child.
Room was extremely dusty.
The receptionists and staff couldn’t be faulted they were lovely but overall we couldn’t wait to leave.
The staff here are all so friendly and approachable, lovely hotel , room was beautiful , lovely area to sit outside also. Thank you for another lovely stay

Stay here every year for liberty festival, staff are amazing and cannot do enough to help during a very busy weekend
Shuttle buses run from the campsites to the festival, it is a shame that they do not have one picking up at the hotel.
Stopped overnight to break journey from West Cork. Great choice. Used pool, sauna and jacuzzi and that evening had great food in hotel bistro. Breakfast was unbelievable. Great choice of cold buffet and then a freshly cooked to order hot breakfast All included in overnight package at very reasonable price

We had hoped to eat dinner but arrived late so got pizza which was absolutely awful.
The hotel is lovely and a great location. We had breakfast and it was amazing. The staff are what make the hotel from Paul on reception to the bar staff nothing is a problem so accommodating and super friendly.

Lovely room, pleasant helpful staff, really good breakfast.
Sadly my sleep was very poor , my room was above the beer garden which was loud late into the night, also the floor boards in the room above were exceptionally loud every time the guests walked around, late night and again from early morning. Window of sleep was about 3 hours. Everything else was really good 👍
Staff lovely, rooms gorgeous
We had a wonderful stay in Anner hotel. Very central so got a walk around town. All the staff were very pleasant. Myrn in the restaurant/ bar served us lunch and dinner. She was so pleasant. Kathryn on reception was also lovely.
Staff where amazing so so friendly !! The beds where super comfortable
Bathroom very outdated , the shower was like a power washer could be more modernised reminded me of something out of bates motel 🏨
