Disappointing
Pros:

Great location to catch trams or walk to restaurants and cafes. Free of street parking. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Cons:

Paid more than double the price due to event in Melbourne which would be fine IF the mattress wasn't terrible (massive wallow in both sides and very lumpy), the noise from the room above was very loud (just them moving around no parties). I don't think a vacuum has been near the room in sometime with the amount of hair in the room, the exhaust fan didn't work which isn't ideal.

A lovely break, close to everything we needed. Restaurants, bars, plus shops all with easy walk
Pros:

We stayed on room only basis. The room was large enough for our needs. Quite surroundings, swimming pool was cool and the jacuzzi warm. Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in a few weeks.

Comfortable place for overnight stay
Pros:

Good solid room, bed was nice. Shower was in a spa. Space was clean and neat

Cons:

The parking is becoming more difficult to access as it used to be plentiful its now almost full on my last two stays

Convenient location and friendly staff, clean rooms.
Pros:

The location was convenient for me as I had a wedding event a few minutes away. It was clean and staff were friendly. They accommodated a late check out request on the same morning which I was thankful for.

Cons:

The place felt like a retirement home or nursing home, that was the vibe I was getting from the lobby to the hallways, slightly dated lacking a modern feel. Wasn't a huge fan of the air fresheners used throughout, whilst not terrible, added to that nursing/retirement home feel. The room itself was basic but had what we needed, there were no water bottles in the room or fridge meaning I had to use the sink in the bathroom to drink. Not ideal

Pros:

Great apartment, large and spacious. Well equipped including details like aluminum foil, baking paper and cling film. In the lobby you can sit and make free coffee or tea. For those looking to be in this area, simply excellent.
