A szoba fantasztikusan felszerelt és tiszta. Állatkerti látogatás esetén az egyik legjobb választás. A személyzet (kiváltképp a szőke, szemüveges recepciós hölgy) módfelett kedves volt, néha már kicsit túl kedves is.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Legközelebbi látogatásunkkor is szívesen választanánk ezt a hotelt.

Sajnos nincs wellness. A reggeli bőséges volt, de a megoldás (hivatkozva az alacsony vendégszámra) furcsa (legalábbis az első nap). A többi reggelen nem volt gondunk. Az étteremben vacsoráztunk volna, de az akkor átalakítás miatt zárva volt. A környéken mondjuk vannak éttermek, a recepciós ajánlott is közülük, az olasz étterem nem rossz, de nagyban hozzáadott volna az egészhez ha tudunk helyben ebédelni vagy vacsorázni.

Ár-érték arányban tökéletes.
Pros:

Mi az állatkert miatt mentünk, a hotel elhelyezkedése tökéletes. A reggeli teljesen megfelelő volt, a személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész.

Pros:

Elhelyezkedés és a személyzet kedvessége.

Cons:

2 összetolt àgy volt a franciaágy. Nem rögzítik középen semmivel, páros utazóknak nem ajánlatos ez a megoldás.
