Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

Paid £630 half board for 4 nights which was a bit dear for us but thought its a 4 star it'll be worth it. Check in was quick and when we got to our room it stank of sewage. Didn't complain as it was only 4 nights and wouldn't be in much. We decided on 1 of nights to go to the music lounge downstairs to listen to a tribute act. (We don't drink and didn't want anything) we were told in a very cheeky way and he laughed and said we couldn't stay as we didn't purchase anything. Bare in mind we were staying there. We complained to reception who agreed with the waiter that we should of bought a soda. Not happy. There was also complimentary tea coffee milk in the room when we arrived. When we asked for more coffee and milk the next day they told us we could purchase more in a package we have to pay for, bare in mind they were small satchets of coffee and the tiny milk. Other than that the food was lovely beds were comfy but I will not be returning to this hotel as I don't think its worth the 4 stars. Im never 1 to complain but unfortunately for this hotel I had to

Location excellent I thought it might have been a bit noisy cos of the closeness to the strip but it wasn't as soon as you were in the hotel you could not here anything which was great..our room was on the 2nd floor we asked for a low floor.very nice and comfortable with kettle and tea coffee etc which gets restocked every day for a change of €5 for the week for 2 people..room was very bright and the balcony was nice 👍 the hotel is absolutely spotless.all the cleaners work so hard and every member of staff are very welcoming and friendly..food was very good plenty for us to choose from.my partner used the gym every day.not a big gym but was good enough for him .WiFi very good had no issues with it .the lounge at night the entertainment was excellent all top artist..and the bingo fella is so funny...😂 the service in the lounge bar is excellent and all staff are very friendly and polite .the staff at the reception bar are also very good 👍 the pool area is small but we didn't have a problem with that and cos it only may there were no problem get a sun bed .some people have competed on there being no pool bar but it's not far to the reception bar.or there is a phone at the pool you can call the bar and they will bring it for you it's no problem..in all we found it to be a brilliant hotel and we will book it again

We normally stay at the Barcelo Beach Hotel in Benidorm; however wanted to give the Riviera Beachotel a try; we were not disappointed. Great location, very, very clean and well maintained, exceptional service from staff on the bar terrace and in the restaurant. High quality food and varied choice, the room was light, airy, spacious, excellent power shower, good sized bed and extremely comfortable. Nice pool area with a chilled out vibe, the only downer was people were smoking when it clearly said it was prohibited. Exceptional value for money and would highly recommend and we will be returning

Our sixth visit to the Riviera. Everything very good as usual. Cleanliness, food, staff brilliant. Can't be faulted at all. Will be back again.

Meals were good no complaints room fine would have preferred the other side and higher up..love the terrace and prices for drinks are good and its a sun trap restaurant is lovely and so was the room

This is one of our favourite hotels to stay at in Benidorm.
The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable, well decorated and clean.
The food on the restaurant was great with plenty of choice each day.
We will definitely be coming back again 🙂

All the staff were efficient and friendly. The food and restaurant are exceptional. Night time entertainment is very good.

We've just got home from 2 weeks in Benidorm and stayed at the Riviera Beach Hotel. From first glance it looks like a really nice hotel. Upon arriving we were welcomed by Beatriz on reception. She was most helpful with our holiday, helping us to plan our day trip via the tram to Alicante to meet our sister, advising us where to get the tram, how long it takes and how much roughly it costs (it's so cheap by the way!).
Our room was very nice, clean and fresh. We could have our linen changed everyday upon request. The only downside was brew tackle can be filled up with a weekly charge of 5 euros. We just by chance took our own anyway as I'm fussy with my coffee.
The restaurant was absolutely amazing with such a great food selection for both breakfast and evening meals (we went half-board). I have coeliac so I'm required to have a gluten free diet and this was met every day. The restaurant manager Joaquin "Jack" would meet me every meal time and took me through all the food letting me know what was gluten free and what wasn't. The other restaurant staff are amazing too.. Elyer, Mo, Gloria, Marina, Joel.. always having a laugh and giggle with the guests, making them feeling welcome. I can honestly say that I've never been to a hotel before where the restaurant staff are so happy at work.
The area of Benidorm that we stayed in was good too. Very close proximity to the beach, not too far from the shops, and for those who like a good night out.. 5mins walk away! For those who dont wish to venture too far there is a bar downstairs with bingo and plenty of tribute acts for entertainment.
We will definitely stay the Riviera Beach Hotel again.

Third visit to Riviera Beach Hotel in 6 months - and two more future bookings should say it all. We love this hotel for lots of reasons. It is impeccably clean, staff are helpful and friendly and the food is exceptional.
The Riviera Lounge where entertainment takes place is a nice environment too although the entertainment is usually a little less inviting than other cabaret bars in the very local area around the hotel but that is purely personal choice. Such a shame Ruby Rox left as I’m sure she pulled in the very best of entertainment. The bingo, prior to the cabaret is also personal choice but all I will say is do the maths regarding how much is being made on each game and counter balance that with the payout ….. bingo caller is on a good wage!! We played once for fun but sadly, on realising how annoying the caller was and the total lack of interest he put into the game (spends most of the time on his phone hiding behind the numbers screen), we left and haven’t returned to the lounge until bingo is finished. It does have a pool area but this is very shaded for most of the morning, sun hits it around 1pm. The open air bar terrace on the front of the hotel is a real pull for many, usually full by 12 at lunchtime, and why not ? - big screens, great music, reasonable prices and a great place to watch the world go by.
On balance, this hotel is an absolute gem, I believe it is due to be refurbished, I have no idea why as it is in very good condition but anything added can only make it even better.

Can't fault the meals, 100%, good choice, cooked superbly.

My wife, my sister in law and I have not long returned from another wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel.
This was my sister in law's first visit and she loved it.
As always the staff were lovely and extremely hardworking and the food was great.
Our favourite part of the hotel, the front terrace was packed every day creating such a great holiday vibe as always.
All in all we had another wonderful stay in the Riviera and hopefully we'll make it back again in September.

Great Hotel, Ideal location , All staff are great, Its a popular hotel with many returning guests, Not sure if I would stay elsewhere.

Just home after another wonderful stay at the Riviera Beach .. this Hotel just keeps on getting better !! We were nervous around visiting for St Patricks Day .. Yes the Hotel and terrace were busy .. but the Vibe was unbelievable .. just full of guests enjoying themselves and having Fun .. Thank you Riviera Beach for once again hosting to the highest standards .. From Reception to Housekeeping .. The Terrace Staff to the Cabaret Bar .. not forgetting Mohammed and his delightful Restaurant Team who were just the Best .
