Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

Second time staying at this hotel so knew the standard and very pleased.

Our 3rd stay here, always enjoyable.
The staff are all lovely & give excellent service in restaurant, outdoor bar & reception.
Good excellent quality & choice much better than many 4 stars we have stayed.

Wow! What a fabulous hotel. Arrived half 10 in the morning sat in the sunshine for an hour whilst they got our room ready. The hotel front bar is a fantastic sun trap, much so that other people come and drink there with great music playing in The background. Hubby and I like the buckets of corona to share 10 euros for five cold bottles with slice of lime lovely ! Next the food , probably the best food we have ever had in the whole of Benidorm and we have been here loads of times, the roast beef and yorkshires were amazing , salads lovely show cooking fab ! I don’t eat desserts but my hubby said they were great ! Lovely restaurant proper table clothes napkins adults only hotel so lovely and relaxing to dine . The best were the staff they could see one day I needed a knife I didnt even have to ask they gave me a knife and a napkin they were so attentive. My hubby and I said the staff were like a family so happy and respectful to us especially the lovely waiter Eyler , he knew I was trying to learn Spanish and he helped me by speaking in simple sentences in Spanish and telling me what they meant . He was so lovely and funny and very very pleasant . Room was spotless, beds comfy , great walk in rain shower very powerful, missing it already. We stayed in room 307 our maid was lovely she always waited for us to come out to clean, was never knocking the door cleaned every day , clean towels every day too . Food was so good we only ate out once an that was at the Indian restaurant Kathmandu which was very nice . Also watched greatest showman at the Philippines club underneath the Presidente hotel which is just around the corner. Saw the Beatles tribute at the palladium they were great ! Location of this hotel is great. Central to Morgan’s and the ambassador hotel. But don’t need to move really as they have their own wonderful relaxing entertainment club downstairs ,which in my opinion is better than anywhere else . Get waited on and watch act after act its a great room. Great atmosphere and great acts. So basically this hotel has everything . Plenty of live entertainment everywhere. We can’t wait to return to the riviera beach big shout to your fab staff at this great hotel missing you already !

Unlike it states on it’s website, this is not a place of tranquility and peace, if you like peace and quiet and somewhere to relax the outside terrace is not for those who don’t like very loud music, where you have to shout to have a conversation with your partner, the volume level is so loud you can hardly hear yourself think, also you might be lucky to find a seat as most of area is taken by people from outside the hotel
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and if you’re on a budget holiday and don’t mind the hustle and bustle, then the hotel is ok
The food choices are not brilliant, and the quality not that great which is very disappointing, if you like a full English for breakfast then it’s ok, limited choice if you don’t
Evening meals are basic, chicken or fish, not a great choice on vegetables, desserts are very basic choices as well
However most of the evening entertainment is good standard

This is our 6th stay at the Riviera Beach. Great speedy check in at Reception. Room clean but lots of chips in the paintwork. The Air Con was very weak. The shower was powerful. It does need updating. We could here next door coughing and sneezing
The dining room was spacious and we always got a table. Joaquin was such a lovely head waiter.courteous and nothing too much trouble. He took a photo of us by the Valentine Heart. We found the head waiter when Joaquin wasn’t there extremely rude and for some reason took a dislike to us both. We asked for a photo from him and he said No that he was too busy. And when we paid for our drinks we didn’t get a thank you. And making inappropriate jokes with other guests
The food was hit and miss. Again we found it luke warm most days and quite samey. The Veggie option non existent It was better than the other hotels we have stayed.
We like the pool area,though the pool was like an ice bath. Nice and quiet some days and then some random piano music others
The Riviera is still the best hotel in Benidorm we tried the Flash and The Don Pancho and it’s a cut above them
The safe let us down twice also

If you are thinking of booking this hotel and don't have kids you no longer need to keep thinking. Book it!

We have been coming to Benidorm for fifteen years (two, three times a year) and sadly only stayed in this hotel three times since 2025.

The staff steal the show of this hotel. Could not meet a more friendly, professional and funny team.

The last manager/Director of this hotel was brilliant and friendly. So we were a bit apprehensive of the new manager/director as to making changes to the hotel.
We had nothing to worry about. If anything, things improved and I don't know how that was possible.

To the reception, bar staff, kitchen staff, waiting staff, maintenance, cleaners and director, we thank all of you.

We have booked again. Look forward to seeing you all again.

Great location. Near both indoor & outdoor markets. Very friendly staff great prices. Excellent acts on in Music Room every night. Just watched IL DIVO tribute act with standing ovation they were fabulous!! Diana Ross was superb!! Will book again!!

Very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, and a central location, near lots of amenities

The food and the ambience. Staff were excellent.

Fantastic stay , hotel ticks all the boxes , came on holiday with hubby , sister and partner for 10 days , couldn’t fault the hotel from the minute we arrived the reception staff were so welcoming , and booked in straight away , room was spotless , bathroom was good with a powerful shower , complimentary toiletries that were topped up when needed and towels changed daily . The restaurant had lots of choices , different meats and fish dishes , and lovely salads , super desserts and even a ice cream machine .
The outside terrace was a sun trap , good prices on drinks , and the waiters were so friendly and fast , we didn’t have to wait long to be served , even though it was busy most days . The Riviera lounge was really good , great acts on each evening , after a game of Bingo with Cheapy , Cheapy such a funny man .
We would definitely recommend this hotel , and will be returning , thank you to all the caring staff who made it a great holiday ,

Been coming over 60 times to this hotel , from moment walk in feel like at home, reception staff always make us feel welcome, rooms are spotless, bed are so comfortable. The food always something nice to have n desserts yummy

The hotel was very very lonely and the staff were absolutely brilliant

We booked a package holiday through Jet2.com. We had a twin room on the 4th floor with shower only as requested and it was very spacious, light, with a good size balcony, great storage, tea and coffee making facilities and quite a large TV with many British channels. The room and all public areas were spotlessly clean. We booked full board and the food was excellent. Buffet style and the choice of dishes was exceptional. Always plenty of food and the hot food was hot, not lukewarm as it can be in places. We were very satisfied with the service of dining staff who gave 110% 😀. We would certainly return to The Riviera Beach hotel as it was great value for money and would definitely recommend it to others. Please be aware....this is an "Adults Only" hotel. Aged 16 and over.

The Riviera Terrace had to be THE place to go every day . Perfect sun trap , great food and amazing staff who work harder and more efficiently than any other staff in Benidorm.
Big shout out to especially Luciano and Jairo who are absolutely amazing and work tirelessly , five star awards to them , this is the place to be .
