Very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly, and a central location, near lots of amenities

I stayed 18/12 until 28/12. We had room 812 which was spotlessly clean. Check in was efficient and friendly, the terrace bar staff were great, the restaurant team cannot do enough for you. The food was varied and top quality. Christmas day weather was horrendous, but the staff made it memorable. Canapes in the morning, followed by all the staff performing a Spanish song and dancing. Xmas dinner was excellent, followed by a good evenings entertainment in the music Lounge below the hotel. Staff in the music Lounge are chatty and efficient, and Mr Cheapy Cheapy is a unique character.
All in all, another great holiday at this cracking hotel. Thank you!

CHRISTMAS 2025
we've just spent a week at Christmas at the Riviera, 20/12 - 27/12 and it was fabulous. From reception , front terrace ,all the way through the cleanliness is second to none. This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever seen in every department . A very welcoming lady on reception checked us in quickly and efficiently. Our 2 rooms were nxt door to each other which was perfect as one member was a lone occupant ( 306 , 308 ) . Beds were so comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Credit to the cleaning staff.
Christmas eve we received, hand delivered ,a programme of Christmas day a card and a box of Lindt Chocs, what a lovely touch.
Christmas day was absolutely outstanding. Drinks n nibbles to start , music playing , santa 😃 and the staff put an excellent little show on , dancing and singing.
The Christmas lunch was perfect . Shown to your seat quickly. So much top quality food we couldn't fault a thing . The head waiter in the restaurant is fantastic and runs a very organised operation and still all staff are so friendly. Thank you all at the Riviera for making our Christmas magical

First time to the riviera and we really enjoyed our 10 days away. We were in room 210 with a view of the rosamar hotel pool . We asked for a room with a walk in shower and they kindly obliged . The room although on the small side had everything we needed with plenty of storage , tv , kettle with one complementary tea and coffee filling. The beds were singles and made a creaking noise when you turned over and moved away from the wall so they could be better. The safe you had to pay for which is not good these days. The bathroom was great with a very powerful shower with continuous hot water , magnifying mirror and hair dryer . The only thing I didn't like was the paper cups in the bathroom so we had to buy a glass . Our bedroom cleaner was porena and she was fantastic , she changed our towels every day and everything was spotless . It was my wife's birthday while we were there and they left a bottle of cava which we thought was a lovely touch . The hotel is spotless throughout and all the staff are lovely and are a credit to the hotel . The food was mostly good and the seated bar area outside on the front of the hotel is great for soaking up some winter sun whilst having some great deals on drinks . The bar staff out there work very hard and always have a laugh with you . We used the music lounge underneath the hotel a few nights and the acts were good although they do seem to repeat a lot through the week . The riviera is in a perfect spot for all the live music bars . We will definitely return at this time of year.

This was our 3rd Christmas here and also visited at other times of the season however I don’t believe it’s keeping up with other hotels in the area. It is a good hotel however starting to look a little tired not changed in the last 10 years, possibly a colour theme change? Baths are dangerous for the older clientele, should be walk in showers. Food has been better, due in my opinion budget limitations have kicked in. €500 for Christmas Day? Staff are mainly excellent some can be grumpy. Restaurant staff are all outstanding. Need not to rely on the restaurant for return visits. Kept very clean. No soundproofing.

Quick check in and although still morning our room was ready.
The glass lift will only take 4 and you need a room card to operate it.
I had emailed reception a few days earlier requesting a room with morning sun if possible so was very happy when we got 302. Please beware though in the summer these rooms also overlook the rosamar pool so could get very noisy.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Beds bathroom television balcony etc are all first class. At night no noise whatsoever and totally dark with curtains pulled across.
We were full board and all food on offer is top class and majority caters for Brits taste.
The waiting staff are always helpful and happy. Is it the best English breakfast in Beni ? Probably is. Worth going just for that.
No need to leave hotel if it rains like it did on Christmas Day this year. After a beautiful gala meal at lunchtime we were then entertained by a first class singer with guitar singing all the favourites which soon had the guests up and dancing for the rest of the afternoon. Drinks incidentally are very reasonably priced. Then walk just 20 metres into the music lounge for bingo followed by three or four of Benidorms finest acts entertaining you into the small hours. The director Raquel you will see about the hotel multi tasking giving a hand where needed she is always ready for a chat you will find her a very nice helpful person.
We have been to all the other top hotels in Benidorm especially at Christmas and this one now is our firm favourite.
Keep your eye on availability for Xmas week because I think this one will now sell out pretty quick.

Great customer service, Good food and always a good selection. Attentive staff always ready to help. Rooms are clean and good TV selection. Coffee making facilities in room. Child free. Music lounge below the hotel offers various good quality acts every night.. 600 Mrs from the sea front.

Modern and clean

Great location, staff were excellent and very friendly.
Everywhere was exceptionally clean.
They had a flood while I was there and the staff still smiled at you even under this stressful situation they were dealing with.

We have stayed at this hotel a few time now, again another fantastic stay, It has to be one of the best allrounders in Benidorm, with great value for money, loverly rooms, great staff, fabulous choice of food, with a very friendly service all round with a fun loving atmosphere .
The hotel is in a good location for the new town and beach.

Just had a week at the riviera beach hotel benidorm. Staff all very friendly rooms lovely. Food is great plenty choice. Not far from anything although we had hire of double scooter owing to my mobility issues. Very clean hotel good value for money will definate return. We was on the 6th floor never heard any noise.

Arrived at this hotel early expecting to have to wait for room to be ready was surprised at the time to find room available, however during the stay realised this was down to the excellent staff.
Hotel is bright with modern appearance and kept spotless by hardworking cleaning team..
Front of house team take the time to chat with guests.
Food at this hotel is very good constantly changed day to day with live cooking stations and variety for picky eaters.
Bar at the front of the hotel gets sun most of the day and prices are some of the cheapest in Benidorm.
