Fantastic Hotel

Everything from check in to check out!
Food was fantastic as usual even better as we had the Gold all inclusive package for our drinks.
The entertainment was fantastic, John Gillan was amazingly funny loved him!!

Cons:

Smoke alarms going off at silly times which interrupted our sleep (especially after a late night and a few beers)

Staff were friendly and food was lovely.

Cons:

Decor, very dated, especially in the basement entertainment centre. Bedrooms full of dark wood and red accessories. We did not like our given dinner table, as it was right where the menu stand was amd a thoroughfare from the buffet area. While in Low season, maybe consider removing one of the 2 tables in the way.

We booked a dubble bed got two singles noises from bathroom all night long beds was hard and lumpy.
We booked all inclusive and was told there was no lunch

Excellent value for money and a good location near South Pier and Pleasure Beach
Pros:

The food and the entertainment. Breakfast was outstanding with a huge choice. Dinner also very good with starters and desserts buffet style but main courses served by staff. Singers in the entertainment venue were fabulous, great shows.

Cons:

Room and en suite were a bit cramped. Very hot and stuffy, very small window for ventilation!
