Lovely staff lovely food .
Room very small .
The staff lovely especially Rachael in the dining room.So friendly and such a nice person.
Didn't like the fact we paid £180 each then it dropped quite abit more a week after.Dont think the choice of drinks available on AIinclusive are fair unless you pay premium £60 more to beable to get a gin glass and a bottle of tonic. To get a porretti a good lager you have to pay an extra £4.for 2 pints. The drinks very limited on AI.
the food was lovely and staff was great
to many steps asked for a room on the lower floor and they want more money £85 .00 i did tell them that i was bad with steps we was on the 4 floor lift only went to 3rd floor so we had to get up 17 steps the steps was very poor to go up and hard when you use a stick to help walk never again will i go if we have to stay on the 4th floor the rooms need updating not very nice .also the shower was hard to get in to nothing to help you get in and out

Everything from check in to check out!
Food was fantastic as usual even better as we had the Gold all inclusive package for our drinks.
The entertainment was fantastic, John Gillan was amazingly funny loved him!!
Smoke alarms going off at silly times which interrupted our sleep (especially after a late night and a few beers)
Entertainment was brilliant
Far to many stairs and corridors no dinner time meal supplied bar only open from afternoon
Staff were friendly and food was lovely.
Decor, very dated, especially in the basement entertainment centre. Bedrooms full of dark wood and red accessories. We did not like our given dinner table, as it was right where the menu stand was amd a thoroughfare from the buffet area. While in Low season, maybe consider removing one of the 2 tables in the way.
Staff and people in the hotel so friendly
