You get your own table in the restaurant which is yours for the whole stay.
The seating in the bar area, which as abit old and very low to sit on (near the windows)
The toilets downstairs smelt quite strong of urine at times

The all inclusive was really good - food excellent
The bathroom - too small - very uncomfortable on the loo
The room was quiet. Warm and tea coffee etc the resturant was easy to access. We liked the fact that u had the same table during your stay . Quality of food was excellent
The toilet from the bar was down a flight of stairs and at one point during our stay the lift broke so unable to get downstairs to toilet the carpet was soaked with urine as you entered the passage to toilets

The food in the dining room was always of great quality, very well presented and the buffet section always well stocked. The all inclusive is good value if you drink more than we do, but it however, makes the stay very easy. The bar staff were always friendly. This is a well located hotel and the lift is fine, but very busy at times, its not an issue.
Buyer Beware - The room I thought I had booked by viewing the images on booking.com (I have added a sample here), was not the type given, I booked as described a double room with sea view, see the image attached. The room was horrible very dated poorly maintained. Cold too, the heating is NOT switched on until 8PM, and the room never warmed-up. There is nowhere to dry towel's.
You cant get any thing food drinks etc until 08:30 AM, very dated "management" rules in this hotel. Arrival day has similar rules as does you middle day. ** IMPORTANT VERY IMPORTANT - The night staff are not allowed to move cars and the car park works by blocking 3 cars deep, if you want to leave early or suffer a medical emergency you cant get your car out until 8:30 AM earliest. When you ask anyone, about anything the answer is always similar we have told the management. My experience confirms that they don't appear listen.
The staff were excellent. Great reception staff, and the staff in the restaurant were super on the ball. The all inclusive is excellent and both the breakfast and dinner is great. Great selection . Thank you for a wonderful experience. Big shout out to the mamagement too.
Didnt like the fact the sea view rooms were more expensive but vastly smaller than the standard rooms at the back.
Great Location, very helpful and friendly staff, free on site limited parking but you leave your keys at reception and staff made sure our car was at the front and not blocked in as we needed to leave early morning. Rooms were clean,spacious and tidy. The all inclusive deal is a fantastic idea and included almost all spirits and the food was excellent, we would definitely recommend to others and will always chose this hotel when we return to Blackpool , should definitely be rated as 4 star
The only negative would be that the decor was dated and could do with a refurb but it was clean and didn't affect our experience
