The beds are lovely and comfortable, the rooms are very clean, the food is wonderful we had half board the evening meals were really good. Plus evening entertainment all in all good value for money
Only problem is the lack of accessible rooms which as a wheelchair user causes problems
I'm sure I'm not the only one to say this, the ground floor area is no problem with the cafe and restaurant easily accessible. There are two lifts that can be busy on changeover days
Food was amazing.
Some staff were quite hard to approach and not very helpful. It was first time to visit this hotel and nothing was really explained about how meals were delivered and nothing much said about the leisure facilities.
Everything …. I had half board and the selections and quality was second to none service from all staff was outstanding the room was ever so slightly dated but spotlessly clean and roomy
cafe and bar was reasonably priced and entertainment was also pretty good
Tram and bus stop outside the front door
Parking limited but plenty of street parking with no restrictions
Swimming pool gym sauna and jacuzzi spotless and well serviced
Bothering was too much trouble
Extra tea coffee tea and sugar for room on request
If i had to say anything and im scraping the barrel here but maybe an iron and a board in the room rather than hiring
They didnt make our bed on the second day
The restaurant and reception staff were outstanding
The rooms were old and so was the Lesiure club and facilities
Cleanliness, food location
The seats in the entertainment room were uncomfy
the food is superb and plenty of it
Everything was brilliant very nice clean and lots to do paris on front dest was brilliant lewis in restaurant was polite and brilliant
Nothing it was amazing
Location friendly staff
Kids running through upstairs corridor, and kids running around the dining room when you are eating was better when adults only
The beds were very comfy, it’s a very family oriented hotel because it has a kids club and kids disco, kids were allowed to go in all parts of the spa and swimming areas with no restrictions, there’s also no restricted swimming times it’s just open the whole day, breakfast was also good.
Hotel was not as clean as it could be even though it wasn’t exceptionally dirty. There’s not enough parking at the hotel, some staff were just neutrally okay but didn’t go out of their way for us, not enough food options at dinner time, dinner is way too expensive for what it is, stay was a little bit overpriced for what it is.
Breakfast and Dinner and the staff for the Restaurant (the breakfast and dinner one) all the other rooms were completely the opposite.
Kids entertainment. The girl running it was very kind and cheerful.
From the moment we arrived, we were met with rude and unhelpful staff. Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. The room itself was in a shocking condition. There was a strong unpleasant odour, including what smelled like urine. The furniture was old, squeaky, and worn, with a noticeable stale smell. The bedsheets were dirty, bins were unclean, and it was evident that proper cleaning had not been carried out. The hallways and carpets were dirty and poorly maintained, with visible wear, rust, and unpleasant smells throughout the property.
We paid £330 for this stay, which makes the experience even more unacceptable. The hotel was advertised as professional, high standard, and equipped with amenities including a pool and gym. This was a key reason for booking.
However, the pool area smelled strongly of urine, and there were visible floating particles in the water, raising serious hygiene concerns. The gym was equally run-down and far below the standard presented in your marketing materials.
The overall condition of the hotel was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the description or price point. We feel completely misled and that the amount charged was wholly unjustified for the quality provided.
Rooms spotless beds extra comfy.. great hotel food is so good staff in the dining room couldn't do enough for guests .. pool bar and sauna and pool area lovely and relaxing
Only little moan is no do not disturb signs for your doors for the mornings you choose to lie in a little if you want to miss breakfast . as house keeping are very efficient which is a really good thing. But be nice as a choice to not be disturbed x
Free parking was a bonus but tram was expensive
The hotel was not very clean and our bathroom was very small where the toilet was, felt like you had to squeeze into the space, door lock didn’t work on our last day as we were leaving, we were unable to get in our room to leave so we had to wait for the door to be kicked in as nobody could open it 😔 room was only set up for one person and there was two of us, to also didn’t work and needed to call someone
Food was amazing..lovely big room...entertainment ok but finished the live acts at 11pm..
Caberet finished too early...checkout 10.30am
