Pros:

We've stayed here many times, so we k ow what to expect.

Cons:

The room was very drafty for the first few nights we were there, reported it to reception and was sorted.

We loved it . It was more expensive than we normally pay. But we would go back when we can afford it
Pros:

Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the entertainment in the evening. And enjoyed the swimming pool sauna and gym. Breakfast was middle of the road

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre. Sausages were not good Quality.
Not a full English was on offer. No black pudding no mushrooms

Some bits of the room needed repair- the door lock appeared to have been broken off and repaired in a temporary way.

Cons:

Smokers at the door, even though they have a shelter, hate walking through the smoke.
We liked the room But net curtains were ragged and torn and sash window rattled.

Really friendly staff and excellent entertainment, plus excellent food and service, entrance needs a

Breakfast was excellent, so were the catering staff, very helpful.
Evening entertainment was excellent.
The health club was excellent with the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium, staff were very helpful as well.
Bathroom hot water for the shower was nice and hot, good towels allocated as well.
Great parking outside, we also liked the location of the hotel.
Great storage in the room for clothes, plenty of drawers, etc.

Cons:

Apart from the dining areas the hotel looks tired and needs a refurb, especially the entrance reception does not look very welcoming. Entrance doors very stiff and noisy.
We had a room at the back of the hotel and the window view was not nice, but we were out all day anyway.
We had a twin room where the beds were not comfortable, mattresses too soft.
TV in the room very small and limited stations available. We just use our tablets if we want to watch anything.
Games room where nothing much worked.
