Pros:

The breakfast was lovely, the staff were amazing especially the reception staff and the location was good

Cons:

The lock in my door didn't work, I had no net at the window, I was at the opposite end of the hotel to my friends. The rooms were clean enough but the beds were hideously uncomfortable

No interaction with staff and buying drinks in hotel the price keeps changing
Pros:

Rooms need updated food was far had to use my credit card to pay a £1 this has happened for second time but never get my £1 back when I leave bit of a take on

Cons:

Building need updated, you just drop your key off into a tin no staff interaction and they take a £1 off your credit card and say we will refund you when you leave but never do . After you have paid with booking.com joke

Cons:

Changed rooms 3 times, asked for walk in shower, my husband in a wheelchair, got a shower over the bath, no good, Changed rooms for us, but there was steps down to the room, no good Changed a 3rd time, there was a a step up to the shower about a foot high the door frame was far too small to fit through and he's not a big man, no good but just gave up after that, he just had a strip wash, wasn't happy x

Brilliant for all ages.food fantastic.

Pros:

Had a room that looked onto a roof couldn't open window as pigeons sitting on window ledge location was great swimming pool a bonus asked to keep room open till 12 on day of departure they said no the best they could do was 11 but check-out is at 10.30 anyway so not very good as you can't even get into the room until 4pm check-in

The location was good, easy access to center . Food was nice.

Cons:

There was limited parking available at the hotel, so we had to pay around £30 to park nearby.

Although we were travelling with a child, our room was located directly above the hotel’s disco club. It was extremely noisy throughout our stay, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not take into consideration that we were travelling with a child and could have assigned us a quieter room away from the noise.

Pros:

Friendly staff, lovely food and great service. The jacuzzi was lovely and warm which was nice.

Cons:

The lifts could do with an update and there could be more food choice in louunge area. We also had a problem with a toilet that didnt flush properly.
