not be coming back as entertainment was very poor and could not sleep because of pillows

food was okay lot of pasta not nice

The food was better than expected

Cons:

I had an issue with the water draining out of sink with the plug in. I reported it twice and even after an assurances from duty manager it was never remedied during our 7 day stay.

Pros:

The food choices was good, especially the starters. The refurnished decor in the main lounge and rooms was very nice.

Cons:

The happy hour time. It clashed with the main meal time. Would prefer the time to be later.

Very poor for the amount paid
Pros:

Room was a little on the small side Breakfast was OK but some of the food had gone cold dinner was OK but we,ve had a lot better

Cons:

There was little in the way of adult entertainment discos for children most nights - obviously the hotel has been cutting its costs

Pros:

Compared to other hotels in Blackpool this is great. By far the best Ive stayed in. Had dinner and breakfast both included that was actually really good. Entertainment and atmosphere was great. Room was ok but was fine and did the job. Overall great stay.

Cons:

Room was a bit run down and basic but I didnt excpect it to be any different for the price. It was fine.

Was really relaxing, I really enjoy my stay
Pros:

The facilities offered everything we needed, the food was exceptional, the cafe was cozy the drinks taste and presentation was really good and the food was really nice, you could see the sea from the cafe wich was a really nice experience.

Cons:

There was nothing negative during our stay

Generally very good, staff wonderful. Entertainment mainly geared towards the older generation!
Pros:

Decor, food, staff, style.

Cons:

Needed some plants (real or artificial) in the upstairs hallways! Maybe a vending machine and pool table.
