Nothing. Did not stay

Cons:

They did not provide us with the room we booked and paid for. We paid extra for a sea view and got a room with a small portal window. You could see the sky but not the sea unless you stood on a chair. We refused this room but they were unable to provide a suitable room so we left and returned home. We did get a full refund but they even charge us £1 for this. Thank you for spoiling what should have been a nice break. PS The carpets in the reception looked dirty and the hotel looks like it is going downhill.

Pros:

The food was lovely both breakfast and dinner

Thanks to Maisie who assisted to change the room due to the bathtub which was small and difficult to use, I requested to get me a room with preferably a walk in shower, and she gave me the best room with nice sea view. I really appreciate it.

Cons:

Everything was just good. Staff friendly.
