We’ve already booked to return :)
Pros:

The pool is extremely accessible for all ages and staff are welcoming their are no set times for kids this is such a pleasant experience and so rare at hotels now a days. The breakfast had a high option available . Parking on the property is tight but there is a car park ground beside it and the road beside it is also accessible for cars. Great night’s sleep.

Cons:

It took a while for the heating to kick in in the room , so when I went to bed and I had to use the duvet on the bed and the duvet from the single and I had to put socks on my feet were beyond freezing then I woke up through the night and it was a sauna lol

Very good the Motown shows were fantastic & the bar prices very good .

A very pleasant stay.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast: first class.
I thought the staff were first rate.

Cons:

Our party was allocated a window table in the restaurant. I thought this was brilliant. However on the Thursday morning, I came down to breakfast & our blind had been pulled right down & appeared damaged, so that I couldn't draw it open.I mentioned it to one of the staff members but nothing was done. So it remained like that for the rest of our stay.

Brilliant hotel, definitely the best.
Pros:

Food excellent, staff brilliant. Entertainment good and tram stop straight across from Cliffs.

Cons:

Unfortunately bit of a tight squeeze in bathroom, hardly any movement room at toilet area. Entertainment was great but would be better if it was on earlier.

Hotel čistý v klidné lokalitě Blacpoolu.. Vybavení pokoje starší ale plně funkční. Výhled na moře byl super :) Slečna na recepci velmi šikovná a usměvavá :)

Pleasant stay at Cliffs hotel. Clean and basic, evening meal was great addition to booking.
Pros:

Good location, quiet and outside a tram stop with direct beach access.

Cons:

The entertainment could be heard from the room, perhaps a different floor would have been better.

Pros:

Food was good

Cons:

Drink prices in bar. If they were cheaper, more people may stay in hotel bar.
If sea view rooms are available at check in time, perhaps offer these as an upgrade. More likely to encourage return visits
Many doors seem very hard to push / pull. I'd hate to think if children got fingers trapped in doors as they close.
TVs in rooms very small. Remote in my room did not work. Possibly just batteries.
Price a little high, even after booking through booking.com for a 1 night stay at short notice, with discount.
