Очень понравился отель, выбирала именно возле Таксим метро. Отель тихий, очень чистый, персонал выше всяких похвал. Завтраки очень хорошие: чай и кофе очень вкусные!

Чудесное расположение, очень приятный персонал.
Завтраки, конечно, мягко говоря не разнообразные. Овощи уставшие, зачем-то на завтрак предлагается отваренный, склеенный рис. На десерт очень не хватало турецкой халвы!

I had a truly wonderful 8 day stay at this hotel in Turkey, and I can’t recommend it enough, from the moment I arrived, I felt an incredible sense of warmth and positive energy, the atmosphere is so welcoming that you genuinely feel at home.
What made my experience especially memorable was the staff every single person was kind, helpful, and always smiling :) without exception.
Each morning, I would go out and be greeted with friendly smiles and conversations that instantly lifted my mood and set a positive tone for the day.
A special thank you to Salah, Emre, the manager, and the lovely girl in the breakfast area ❤️you all made my stay extra special.
Your kindness and dedication truly stood out.
The team was always ready to help with anything I needed, was also deeply grateful for their generosity on my last day 🤍🤍🤍they kindly allowed me to stay and relax in my room after checkout due to bad weather before my flight that thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me.

It's a very nice and cosy space, ideal for short stays and business travels. The breakfast was also very good and the personnel very friendly.

Het personeel van het hotel was super behulpzaam, vooral de heren bij de receptie. Ze hebben mij met van alles geholpen tijdens mijn verblijf. Ik ben hen daar zeer dankbaar voor. Hun vriendelijkheid en inzet maakten mijn ervaring in het hotel extra prettig.
Een klein nadeel is dat er voor het hotel regelmatig bedelaars aanwezig zijn. Dit staat los van het hotel zelf, maar je kunt er wel mee te maken krijgen wanneer je op het terras zit of het hotel in- en uitloopt.
