まあまあリーズナブルで立地が良い
Pros:

江坂駅からすぐ近くなのが嬉しい。

Cons:

マンションを改造したようなつくりの建物で使用感がかなりあるため新しいビジネスホテルとはだいぶ差があります。

非常にお値打ちに宿泊できました。
Pros:

駅から近く友人に待ち合わせするのも楽でした。
また間違えて喫煙ルームを予約したのですが、電話をしたところ気持ちよく禁煙席に変えていただき助かりました。

Cons:

予想はしていましたが、新御堂が真前の部屋だったので車の走行音と地下鉄の音がうるさかった。
