Friendly staff, good rooms, good atmosphere overall.
Pros:

Great hotel with all the amenities one will need for a great stay. Mr. Abdul-Ahmed in particular has been very helpful and friendly and always eager to support, no matter what the problem.
Restaurant is good and restaurant staff are also very friendly and helpful.
