Great Value Great Location
Pros:

We asked for a quiet room and they delivered. We also arrived before check in and a room was quickly made available. We were so so greatful for that courtesy. The location was so central and we could easily walk and transit everywhere we needed to go.

I’m not really happy with Veriu hotel specifically after I paid a high price for it.
Pros:

Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Cleaners didn’t do a good service . They didn’t vacuum for our entire stay neither cleaned the toilet. For the first couple of days they left tea bags, coffee and sugar but the rest of the days I had to ask for them. Also I found a cockroach crawling in my room.

the location and the staff, very friendly, the hotel was clean, and check was fast and easy

Cons:

They did not assist my daughter and I with carry of luggage when the road was closed and my daughter had to carry our 4 suitcases and 2 bags to the Pick up location next to Brothers cafe, at 4am in the morning
