Needs better maintenance, can’t fault reception though they were lovely.
Pros:

Central location, lovely staff.

Cons:

The bedroom is not untidy but severely unkempt, under the bed was filthy, scuff marks to walls and shower recess barely containing water. Balcony dusty. Balcony is not sound even with heavy curtains.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Tiny double rooms and a 3,5% is added to payments by credit or debit card which was never mentioned after booking and only informed at arrival.

Pros:

整體環境很舒適溫馨，而且價格非常親民。地點非常方便，靠近 Haymarket，交通便利，去各個地方都很容易。房間也很乾淨，住起來很舒服

Cons:

停車需要額外付費，附近主要是 Wilson 停車場，對自駕的人來說稍微不太方便。另外房間空間相對較小

The bed was super comfy and the receptionist was really nice and welcoming. Good location as well!

Cons:

The bed side table was dirty and so was the other table with the fridge. Other then that it was great
