Great location, great value, genuinely pet friendly.
Pros:

This hotel is located right next to Thai town and walking distance to Chinatown. Electric bike or uber to the Harbour is close by. The pillows were extra cozy and comfy and the staff were friendly every time I needed assistance.

Cons:

Only down side was running out of coffee, that’s on me though.

Great location, really good food available, good value parking.
Pros:

The car park was across the road and the hotel was walking distance from the light rail and the train station. The Chinese restaurant next door was excellent - and the 20% discount from the hotel made it even better. The Reception doubles as a bar, so it was great to be able to buy some wine on my way to my room.

Cons:

There were half a dozen steps between the lift and my room. I have lifting restrictions due to an injury, but fortunately a kind stranger assisted me with my bag. I think the hotel should warn guests about the steps - this is not something I expect in a hotel with a lift.

Pros:

L'accueil a été agréable, nous sommes tombés sur une française et c'était trop super ! (Nous n'avons pas retenue son prénom désolé).

L'endroit est parfait pour un petit séjour seul ou en couple. Même si la chambre était petite (sans placard), le dessous du sommier suffit à ranger les valises.

Proche de la centrale et du quartier Chinatown, quartier très tranquille même le soir.

Cons:

Ménage irrégulier, nous n'avons pas compris le système car un jour notre chambre était faite et un autre jour non. Il y a même un moment où on s'est retrouvé avec plein de serviette 🤣

The cafe next door on the corner was friendly, the food yummy and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Cons:

The attached Chinese restaurant had unusual food. I live in a city which is predominantly Asian and the menu choices I made were of a different style to what I have experienced before.

Comfortable and central.
Pros:

It was very close to public transport and Capitol Theatre. The bed was super comfortable!!

Cons:

The room was a little dated and some things didn’t work properly. However the staff were polite and addressed these issues.
