Прекрасный отель с по-настоящему отзывчивым персоналом и отличным расположением. Каждый сотрудник делает всё возможное, чтобы гостям было максимально комфортно. Отдельно хочу отметить Оксану Владимировну на ресепшене — невероятно приятную и внимательную женщину, которая решала любые вопросы быстрее, чем мы успевали о них подумать.
Завтраки — великолепные, разнообразные и очень вкусные, и при этом входили в стоимость проживания.
В номерах всегда тепло, постельное бельё — белоснежное, уборка проводится ежедневно. В номере есть всё необходимое: халаты, тапочки, средства для ухода.
С уверенность рекомендую этот отель!
Solid room equipped with good quality items, comfortable bed and great attention to detail!
A nice stay in the very nice part of Odesa, quiet, yet very close to the very center. Spacious room, comfy bed, nice furniture. Good and well-equipped bathroom. Clean and tidy. Very nice staff. And a very decent breakfast in the in-house restaurant. Allocated parking spot is a nice bonus. And I was pretty lucky to get a good price due to some promotion (otherwise the place is a bit overpriced).
One odd (and particular room-specific) yet a bit irritating thing - a branch from the tree outside is very close to the window and constantly scratches it, making a very unpleasant noise...
