Tried this place out for one night since location is on the water but wary since reviews were mixed. Place is old with moldy smell. room AC did not work and tech shows up and tells me I am wrong, the AC is woking fine when clearly it is not. furniture in room is old from the 70s or 80s tiny TV. Water dispenser but no way to boil water for coffee or tea. Building is need of exterior power wash, painting and interior refurbish.
I would not stay again

One front desk staff was unfriendly & unhelpful.
Great hotel with great value. Property could use some “freshening up”, but other than that great. Let me check in at 6 AM also for an extra $75.
The pool and views were beautiful. It was nice that the beach access and pool were open til 10 pm.

They gave me a room where they knew the key didn't work, I hadvto go all the way back to the desk. The ceiling was also leaking everywhere in the lobby
Nice stuff good location rooms are good
The shower was not sealed on the edges and leaked into the whole bathroom almost flooding. Shower drain was so dirty that it did not drain properly. WiFi speed was terrible. Rooms were dirty as were the hallways. Took forever to check in.

I booked it on short notice, but it was a great trip. Everything was perfect.
This is an older hotel which was built back in the early 70’s but it just needs touch ups here and there. Staff was great and helpful throughout our stay. We even extended another 9 more days under the military rate directly with the hotel. View was amazing and the fact that I can go onto the balcony and sit on the patio furniture was completely worth it. We did not like the beds at all. Very uncomfortable and pillows are very worn down.
Room ac did not get cold. Called maintenance but didnt fix the issue. Room 1414

Stayed here during a port visit in Guam. Wonderful location. Pool overlooking the beach below. Good location on the high street and walkable to ABC stores, restaurants, and other spots of interest. Room was quiet and comfortable with a great view. The outside of the hotel looks a bit rough (storm damage), but the inside was impressive.
It's so hard to open that there's a separate "video on how to open the balcony of the Leaf Hotel." I asked the front for help regarding it, but it didn't come even if it took 20 minutes.
Found crumbs of cookies left by someone under the shelf, macadamia.
The swimming pool and location are excellent
I booked 3 rooms, but in one the toilet didn't flush properly, in another the sink was so weak it was unusable, and the last room had such poor drainage that the bathroom was backing up.
