התארחנו במלון ונהנינו מאוד מהשהות. המלון ממוקם במיקום מצוין, קרוב מאוד לים ולרחוב הראשי, כך שניתן להגיע בקלות לכל מקום ברגל, ללא צורך בתחבורה כלשהי – יתרון משמעותי שהפך את החופשה לנוחה ומהנה במיוחד.
קיבלנו חדר זוגי ענק ומרווח, הרבה מעבר לציפיות שלנו, מה שהוסיף מאוד לנוחות ולתחושת הפינוק במהלך השהות.
הצוות, הן בקבלה והן בחדר האוכל, היה אדיב, שירותי ומסביר פנים לאורך כל החופשה. תמיד קיבלנו מענה מהיר לכל בקשה, והרגשנו שעושים מאמץ אמיתי כדי שניהנה מהאירוח.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת – טעימה, מגוונת וטרייה. כל מה שביקשנו טופל בחיוך וברצון טוב, והתחושה הכללית הייתה של שירות ברמה גבוהה ואכפתיות אמיתית לאורחים.
בסיכומו של דבר, מדובר במלון מקסים עם מיקום מושלם, צוות נהדר וחוויית אירוח נעימה ומומלצת מאוד. 🌟

הנקודה היחידה שפגמה בחוויית האירוח הייתה רמת הניקיון של רצפת החדר. לאורך כל השהות הרצפה הייתה מלאה בחול ובאבק, גם לאחר ניקיון החדר, מה שיצר תחושה לא נעימה ופגע מעט בתחושת הנוחות. מדובר בעניין קטן יחסית, אך כזה שבהחלט ראוי לשיפור, במיוחד במלון שמעניק חוויית אירוח טובה כל כך בשאר ההיבטים.ספק את המשוב שלך על BizChat
