雰囲気は良かったが施設が古い
Pros:

花火がすぐ近くで見れた

Cons:

コンビニが近くになかった。薬局があると聞いたが早く閉まってて役に立たなかった。
駐車場が近くになくて不便に感じた。

Pros:

シルバニアファミリーのような可愛い部屋で、ハウステンボスと合わせて非日常感がありました。スタッフさんも親切でした。
おしゃれな入浴剤もあって嬉しかったです。

Cons:

館内に自動販売機がないので、少しお酒を飲んで寝たかったので残念でした。
ベットの周りにはコンセント口がなく少し不便でした。

部屋の雰囲気は最高でした。
Pros:

ロケーション、朝食は良かったが、夜の食事が出来ないのが駄目だった。
平日の客数が少ない為の経費節減かもしれませんが、あなた方は夢を売る仕事で有ることを忘れないで欲しい。

Cons:

部屋の暖房温度が高すぎる。
これこそ経費節減をするべき。

Pros:

朝食バイキングと雰囲気

Cons:

電気系統、水回りの設備が清潔ではあるが古すぎる。ウォシュレットや、水道回りの蛇口など、創業当時から変えていないのではないか。エアコンのスイッチ位置も分かりにくく、今時のホテルの仕様ではないと感じた。
カーテンや家具も、清潔ではあるがすりきれており、外観とのギャップが大きい。部屋は広いが設備は20～30年前のまま、部屋は狭いが設備は新しく快適に過ごせるのと、どちらを選択するかだと思う。
設備を新しくしている部屋もあるのかもしれないが、初めてのハウステンボスで期待して行っただけに残念に思った。
ハウステンボス内の他の高級ホテルは違うのだろうか。気軽にいける所ではないので、もう少し調べて予約すればよかった。
