Muy céntrico y la habitación con buen tamaño para 3 pax.
The location was very central and close to the bus stops and metro stations. Convenience stores were closeby.
Breakfast was small but adequate.
Has washing facilities that is very beneficial when having a longer stay.
The room was dusty and the carpet needed vacuuming. As we had a suite this level of cleanliness was not really acceptable. As well as attempting by the staff to check us in using the automated screens. You would think that by booking a suite you would get slightly better customer service rather than a kiosk.
It was clean, looked stylish and had good facilities. When you ask the staff for something, they really try their best to help you.
- Mattrass was a bit hard.
- They are not flexible with the breakfast. Breakfast is until 10:00, “L.O.” (last order) is 9:30. This means that at 9:29:59 you can still enter the breakfast, but at 9:30:01 they don’t let you in anymore. I arrived once at 9:30 and they didn’t let me in. So make sure you aim for 9:25 at the latest, because the elevator can be slow sometimes (when there’s many people).
- The toilet was not well-constructed, it was apparently missing a siphon, because air from the sewage system would be blown into the hotel room at every flush (and it flushes automatically when you stand up from the seat). I was able to mitigate the ‘damage’ a bit by quickly closing the lid after standing up. Not a super big problem, but for more than 200 euros a night, I would expect things to be just a little bit better.
- No food options after 21:30, not even room service. I went to look for restaurants in the city, but many of them also seemed to be closing the kitchen already. So make sure you’re at a table somewhere before 21:00 ideally.
- In the lobby there are a couple of waiting seats, but eating and drinking is not allowed there. One time, after the breakfast, at 10:03, the housekeeping was cleaning my room (a little bit over enthusiastic, as they could have known I was downstairs at the breakfast), so I went to the lobby to wait there, but I couldn’t drink my coffee-to-go there. I would suggest to allow that in the lobby in the future.
- When you do the laundry, there is no seat to wait next to it. So if your room is on a different floor, you have to take the elevator like 5 times (less if you know exactly how long it has to be in the dryer). On the other hand, I was quite happy that they had a laundry facility.
Lokatie is geweldig. We hadden een ruime kamer.
Met een heerlijke douche . Service bij de receptie was top.
Je kan slecht je koffer kwijt maar das eigenlijk overal in Japanse hotelkamers.
The hotel is in a convenient location for shopping, public transportation and attractions. Our room was a double bed, really comfortable even if our 2 luggages occupied all the open space and the bathroom was well equipped. We certainly recommend this hotel.
We didn’t like the corridor at the entrance really narrow!
Konum
Otel çok eski
Sehr schönes modernes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage

Everything was excellent with the location being top notch. Rooms were very good size and very clean
Can’t say anything was bad.
Great hotel, with lovely staff and a good bar. The location was perfect.
The restaurant lacked ambience for an evening meal.
Staff were great, location was the best, had a good bar area and the bartenders were very diligent.
Not much room for bags, but that is Japan wide. Breaky was ok.
Had lunch and breakfast. Food was ok, nothing special.
Beds were a little hard.
