Good location in a very tired building. Rules appeared only to be one way.
Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and cafes. Nice view. Easy to access.

Cons:

On arrival we could not get into the reception area through the boom gate despite calling multiple times.
Only 2 lifts working so waiting times were long.
The room was very tired and the shower was dirty. Hair from past guests all over the walls and floor.
Rubbish from previous guests also left behind. Drugs which could have been very dangerous if in the wrong hands!
Drilling from floor above could be heard at very odd times of the day.
Construction noise from the building behind was very disruptive and began very early in the day. it would have been nice to be made aware of this.

Apartment great, location great, view amazing and your staff were fantastic.
Pros:

Prepared our own breakfast in the well appointed kichen. The room had EVERYTHING we needed for 9 days, and the staff, Oriana and Tash were amazing. Could not have been more hwlpful.nup.

Location is close to beach and Cavill avenue

Cons:

This is not a hotel or resort, but a building with individual apartments owned by multiple owners, some of whom live on-site. There is pool and sauna but all shows its age. The building shows its age: the hallway carpets were unpleasantly smelly, and the lifts were out of service for nearly half of our stay.

I paid a premium rate for the apartment based on the photos and the ocean-view description advertised on Booking.com. However, I was allocated an apartment at the back of the building with only a very limited view. I contacted the manager, who initially disputed my concern but eventually acknowledged that the Booking.com description was inaccurate and that the apartment indeed had limited views. Despite this acknowledgment, nothing was done to resolve the issue—there was no room change and no refund.

Instead, I was offered a voucher for one day of complimentary breakfast at Mantra, which was of standard quality and did not compensate for the issue. In hindsight, I wish I had declined it.

Overall, this experience significantly detracted from our stay and undermined my trust in Booking.com, as I did not receive what I had paid for. This is a serious red flag for me going forward.

The weekend receptionist was so friendly and helpful . The room was rundown but the layout was perfect.

The property had lots of space. Bedrooms were big and living space was great. Even with needing the extra bed living space was plenty

A lot of the fixtures were run down. Bathroom vanity, dining table, and vacuum cleaner did not work
