اسوه فندق سكنته بالبحرين

ملاصق بالمول ستي سنتر و تعامل جيد لحل مشكلتنا من المديره ليبنا و سيد رأفت

- من اسوي الفنادق بالبحرين
الغرفه والممر رائحتهم كريهه
- قمت بتغير الغرفه 3 مرات في ليله واحد .
وكان باب الشور لدوره المياه لايتسكر جيدا ويخرج الماء للخارج مماتسبب لي بالإزلاق حيث اني طلب روب للاستحمام وكان ممزق وتالف.
- عند الاتصال بخدمة الهاتف لايتم الرد الا بعد 10 الي 15 دقيقه .
،، اشكر المديره ليبنا حاولت مساعدتي لليوم التالي وتم ترقيه الغرفه الي اكبر
لكن مشكله دوره المياه لم تتغير لان الخلل في تصميم الباب
واشكر المدير رأفت حاول مساعدتنا و لكن المشكله من الفندق  للأسف ؟

اسوء تجربه للاقامه في فندق …

وجود مدخل لمجمع ستي سنتر عن طريق الفندق

اخترت الدفع في مكان الاقامه وتفاجأت بمحاوله الفندق خصم اجمالي المبلغ من البطاقه وعندما تبين عدم وجود مبلغ كافي تم ارسال بريد الكتروني اذا لم ادفع سيتم الغاء الحجز وتم الاتصال بالفندق للاستفسار وابلغني الموظف خلال ساعه اذا لم يتم الدفع سيتم الغاء الحجز وانا كنت في المطار وتم دفع المبلغ وعند الوصول للفندق تبين عدم توفر الغرفه التي حجزتها وانتظرت اكثر من ساعه وموظف الاستقبال وضح لي خيارات غرفه للمدخنين وانا طلبت لغير المدخنين وثم عرض غرفه لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه حيث ان الحمام اعزكم الله مختلف ولم اوافق وطلبت الغرفه التي حجزتها ودفعت المبلغ وثم ذهب لشخص ورجع ليبلغني بتوفر سويت دون زياده المبلغ واستلمت السويت والمكيف حار ويحتاج فني وعدم نظافه الغرفه جيدا وعند الاتصال لطلب مياه وصلت موظفه التنظيف وليس معها ماء ودخلت الغرفه بدون استئذان مني وسالت المكان الغير نظيف وقامت بالتصوير بوجود اغراضي دون الاستىذان مني وكان اسلوبها غير محترم وطلبت مسوول التنظيف واعتذر مني وكذلك مسوولتهم اعتذرت لي واقدر ذلك .. كان لدي ظرف طارى وتطلب تقليل فتره الاقامه ووجدت صعوبه مع الفندق وموظف الاستقبال فهمي وعدم التعاون وصعوبه رد المبلغ بسبب طلبهم اتواصل مع خدمه بوكينغ للموافقه وعندما اتصلت في خدمه عملاء بوكينغ وضحت موافقتهم وعلى الفندق رد المبلغ ولم يتحاوب الفندق الا بعد طلب مدير الاستقبال وتم استكمال رد المبلغ وبانتظار ان يتم تحويل المبلغ … سكنت في الفندق مرتين وكانت اقامه ممتازه بس هالمره للاسف ماكانت جيده …سافرت لتغير الجو وللاسف تعكر مزاجي بسبب الفندق ذي ثالث مره وبتكون الاخيره احجز في الفندق
