Customer service should handle it much better.
Pros:

I booked a standard King Room in advance, but upon arrival I was given an accessible room because the hotel claimed it was the only room left. I understand availability issues can happen, but I don’t believe I should be asked to pay extra for an upgrade when the room I originally booked was unavailable due to the hotel’s own situation.

What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service and flexibility in handling the matter. As a loyal Bonvoy member, I expected a more considerate approach and better effort to accommodate the situation. Unfortunately, the overall experience felt unprofessional and disappointing.

Pros:

الاستقبال والمرافق: خدمة صف السيارات مريحة ومتوفرة. بهو الفندق واسع، شرح، ومريح جداً للجلوس، وطاقم العمل يبدع في تقديم الخدمة برقي وابتسامة دائمة.

الجناح والإنترنت: الجناح كان في غاية الترتيب والأناقة، وتجربتي فيه كانت ممتازة. كما أن سرعة الإنترنت كانت استثنائية وتستحق الإشادة كواحدة من أفضل ميزات الإقامة.

الاستجابة والصيانة: واجهت مشكلة بسيطة في حوض الاستحمام (البانيو)، وتم التعامل معها وإصلاحها باحترافية وسرعة فائقة خلال 5 دقائق فقط، مما يعكس كفاءة خدمة العملاء.

المطعم والموقع: الفندق متصل بالمجمع التجاري بذكاء عبر مطعم "فرن"، والذي استمتعنا فيه بوجبة إفطار لذيذة ومميزة جداً بفضل طاقمه المتعاون والودود.
