Warm Service and Convenient Location
Pros:

The hotel is located at the very heart of the city. It has a connecting pathway that leads to a mall. The room is spacious with all the basic features. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection. There’s a live egg and pancake station. The team were all hospitable and thoughtful. I would like to specially mention Mr. Abdelrouf. He was very warm and attentive. He always carry a smile.

اسوه فندق سكنته بالبحرين

ملاصق بالمول ستي سنتر و تعامل جيد لحل مشكلتنا من المديره ليبنا و سيد رأفت

- من اسوي الفنادق بالبحرين
الغرفه والممر رائحتهم كريهه
- قمت بتغير الغرفه 3 مرات في ليله واحد .
وكان باب الشور لدوره المياه لايتسكر جيدا ويخرج الماء للخارج مماتسبب لي بالإزلاق حيث اني طلب روب للاستحمام وكان ممزق وتالف.
- عند الاتصال بخدمة الهاتف لايتم الرد الا بعد 10 الي 15 دقيقه .
،، اشكر المديره ليبنا حاولت مساعدتي لليوم التالي وتم ترقيه الغرفه الي اكبر
لكن مشكله دوره المياه لم تتغير لان الخلل في تصميم الباب
واشكر المدير رأفت حاول مساعدتنا و لكن المشكله من الفندق  للأسف ؟

The place was good and amazing

Superb Customer Service
Pros:

The people at this hotel deserve an A for how they helped me and my daughters. The check in was pleasant. Hashim helped with everything! One of my kids got sick. He helped me get medicine for her at the pharmacy. The breakfast was superb and they were just simply nice.
