Novotel Living Singapore Orchard

The room was great and comfortable. Very clean. The location was great as we could walk easily to the MRT, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was VERY GOOD! They had a variety of options for different taste buds. The staff always greeted us with warm smiles in the morning. We used the fitness center every night.

Great location, friendly and obliging housekeeping staff. Sunil and Mas, in particular, was particularly helpful and kind. Apartment was fine. I wanted more space than just a one room hotel room, and the apartment suits me just fine. Wonderful to have a breakfast area that serves free tea, coffee and cuppuccino 24 hours a day!!!

We stayed for 8 nights as a family of 4 in a 2 bed apartment. We were very impressed with the size of the space for Singapore and the in room amenities. The proximity to Orchard Road and the MRT was great. The pool was also much appreciated in the sticky weather especially by the kids. The only issues to note were some inconsistent cleaning (eg hair stuck in drains) and long waits for the lifts as refurbishment work is happening in the building. But we would definitely stay at the Novotel Living again next time we are here.

Room had what I needed plus washing machine and kitchen, nice views, netflix, youtube, sports channels. pool is clean next to breakfast area. location very comvenient. halal food. hard to find better option elseehere which fits all that.

Return visit to the Novotel on Claymore in Singapore to celebrate our wedding anniversary and pleased to report it is better than ever. Rooms and amenities as good as ever, but the help and assistance we received from Lena and her staff in gathering together all our anniversary guests before going to dinner was really outstanding. Definitely the place to stay in Singapore if you are going to stay for 6 or more days and want easy access to Orchard Road and all its attractions.

We chose a great location for our 9 nights-stay, close to the vibrant and beautiful Orchard Road - our apartment was so spacious for the 4 of us, cleaned every morning, and had lovely views! My son was at that pool every spare minute he could, he loved it (and the endless free hot chocolate of course) it was so relaxing at the pool area, and the staff were so friendly and helpful each day. The hotel is very nice. The room has everything you need for long stayings (washer and dryer machine, full compacted kitchen, and water filter (no need to buy bottled water). And the bed is very comfortable. The staf is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Novotel Living Singapore in July for two weeks with our family and absolutely loved it. Everything about our stay was amazing — from the warm welcome to the thoughtful service throughout. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-designed, making it very comfortable for a family stay.
The location is convenient for exploring the city, and the facilities on-site made our time even more enjoyable. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience.
We truly felt at home and would highly recommend Novotel Living Singapore to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly stay in the city. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic location, very easy to get everywhere via MTR. The pool was beautiful, great temp and never too crowded. Room had plenty of room for the family to stay comfortably.

I recently stayed at Novotel Living Orchard and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are modern, spacious, and well-equipped for both short and longer stays. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent.

The location is perfect—right in the Orchard area with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff at the breakfast line were friendly and attentive.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the service was professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Singapore, whether for business or leisure.
