Extremely well placed close to Taj Mahal. Typical Taj hospitality, decor and scent. Simply loved it!

Beautiful property. Rooms were lovely and the rooftop pool was exceptional with lovely views of the Taj Mahal, especially nice at sunsets. The dining options were good too.

Um oásis no meio de uma India confusa, agitada e pouco amiga de quem a visita vindo de fora. Foi a terceira vez que fico neste hotel, tudo 5 estrelas, a ida ao Taj Mahal justifica quase tudo mas a degradação social de toda a India, o lixo acumulado nas ruas levam a não querer voltar

The staff was truly outstanding. And the hotel really is very nice indeed. Breakfast was great. And our room even had an angled view on the TajMahal.
The roof top terrace restaurant I would recommend for the sunset and dinner. Very special setting.

First of all, thanks to your amazing staff and managers. This was a special occasion as I was visiting IKndia after 10 years and trying to show it to my wife from USA. Right from entry the experience was excellent. The food, quality of room and accommodation of various dietary needs was good. Lastly thanks to the manager who stepped in at palatio to help us get our bread and food (suited with specs) and made sure we were not delayed any further (we had waited 30-40 minutes). He ran a tight ship thereafter and we had no more issues. Thanks also to the manager at reception from Delhi who provided us printout of places to visit, helped extend our stay for 1 more day (due to gulf crisis our flights are rerouted) and most of all provided us excellent recommendation on where to stay in delhi (We owe it to you to have bounced back from a difficult situation when our flights were cancelled).

Now some suggestions, we noticed many times the food was delayed in palatio and even at infini. This seems to be common in other hotels too. Some times I felt the women were doing the lion's share of work while there were several male servers that hovered around and often did not tend to our tables (they were assigned) and also did not refill water or do anything significant, sometimes they seemed to tease the lady servers asking them to speed up. I could make out as I am fluent in english and hindi. There was also frequent power switching and water pressure loss during the end of our stay which was annoying but recovered fairly quickly. Lastly there were not enough gluten free options (no missi roti), which is one thing that would help a lot of international (and Indian) travellers.

Overall great job, just need some improvement in food serving.

The view from the terrace is very beautiful, the building is large and clean, and the food was great. The staff was understanding..

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were first class.The beds were comfortable. Food and drink prices were reasonable.

Very good value for money and super helpful staff.

Only thing I. Did not like was there infinity pool side bar and restaurant. There was nothing to be served . Mocktail and cocktails prepared were totally useless.
Also the cost was very high. If they want to earn then they have to keep a proper chef and menu at that place also.

Amazing ambience great rooms

We had a wonderful family experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef and staff were truly A1 in quality and service. The team checked on us many times and took special care of our children, making our visit comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to Chef Ravi and Chef Praveen

A beautiful, elegant hotel with incredible staff who go the extra mile. I had a medical emergency and I was accompanied to hospital by some of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure I received the best care and attention. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The food and drinks were excellent. Thank you - your kindness and care will always be remembered.

Quarto amplo e confortável, assim como o banheiro. O hotel é bastante grande e sofisticado. O restaurante serve um buffet com comida indiana no café-da-manhã, almoço e jantar. Quanto à localização, fica perto do portão oriental do Taj Mahal. Pode-se dizer que é uma boa localização, apesar que, em Agra, não dá para fazer nada a pé, pois tudo é muito sujo e bagunçado.
