Loved the experience, stay. Luxury with good vibes. Had a wonderful experience thanks to the very hospitable and courteous staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Especially the staff in palato- chef Ravi, chef ashish and pastry chef Toofaan, supported by ankit, jaykhush and many others. Each one of them ensured we tasted all the items in their specially curated delicious meals and have a good experience. Also , the chefs prepared a special chocolate Truffle cake for the occasion of our anniversary on special request as I am allergic to cream cakes.

We were celebrating our first anniversary here - all 3 meals included - it was genuinely superb experience ( esp paan ice cream served in the dinner ).

Our experience was made exceptionally amazing by Chef Ravi, Ashish & Tofaan supported by Ritesh, Kashish, Ankit & JayKhush & were greeted by Ankita.

I had set out for Taj Agra from New Delhi in the morning hours. The luxury property had sent a chauffeur driven car to pick me up for one -day staycation. Upon reaching the property, the traditional welcome was fabulous with tulsi garland, tikka, Cranberry juice and different types of pethas.
I was given Taj Club with Taj View Room. It was spacious double room with butler service. Lunch was at Palato, the all-day dining outlet that served a la carte menu. It was a five-course lunch that was remarkable.
I had a spa therapy at J Wellness Circle in the evening that was quite soothing for the tired nerves.
There is a puppet show on the ground floor and Noor-e- Taj- the sound and lighting show on the majestic Taj Mahal that takes us down the memory lane during the times of Emperor Shah Jahan and tries to humanise Taj Mahal.
Infini-the sky lounge is a rooftop restaurant with a swimming pool that serves Italian delights and offers direct views of the Taj Mahal and the city of Agra.
Dinner was at Daawat-e- Nawab, the Indian speciality restaurant serving Mughlai and Awadhi delights. Paan Patta Chaat is a typical Agra delight. You get to sample a wide range of Kebabs here and the forgotten delights of Uttar Pradesh.
The next day a trip to Taj Mahal in the early morning hours made my day. It was a hilarious and learning experience. Back to the hotel, buffet breakfast was at Palato. It was an experience to remember.

Amazing experience, loved the hospitality shown by the staff. The stay was more thrilling with services given by the staff at Palato by Chef Ravi and the executive Ankit Verma. It is also amazing to see the social development of new ihm trainees Aman Kumar was amazing it is so nice to see the development of future talent. It was a great experience. The rooms are spacious and have the required amenities. The food spread is good.

Oh My Gosh … what an absolutely mind blowing experience visiting the Taj Mahal…. made so interesting, informative and enriching by the AMAZING guide we were given, Hyder Ali, who we organised with Wilson at the Taj Hotel travel desk.
My husband and I were just enthralled with the knowledge he was able to share with us about the history and the building of this UNESCO wonder.

If you want the complete package with snippets of information about every detail … ask for Hyder Ali… he is the best guide we have had in our two weeks touring,

Food was outstanding and every bite had heaven taste! Thanks to Chef Pradeep and Abhishek for making things so special . We were also awestruck by Ritesh for serving us relentlessly ! Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Taj Agra! The breakfast spread was truly amazing, the variety, taste, quality, and freshness of the food were exceptional. Every single dish was prepared beautifully, and the hospitality made the experience even more special.

A special mention to Chef Ravi 👏, who personally came to our table to ensure everything was satisfactory and that we were enjoying the food. That level of care and attention was genuinely commendable. The entire staff and managers specially Mr Prabath👏 were incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout.

What touched us the most was that even though the breakfast timing was almost over, the team still made sure we were comfortable, well-served, and completely satisfied before closing the breakfast service, a special thanks to Mr Ankit👏. That kind of dedication and guest care truly stands out.

Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience. We would absolutely love to visit again and again!!

We expected a bit more from a Taj property overall. On the positive side, we were upgraded upon arrival, and the new room was huge and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also excellent — just minutes away from the Taj Mahal, with rooftop views of the monument. The breakfast spread was extensive, with plenty of variety, and the staff at the restaurant were very attentive and welcoming.

The overall experience didn’t quite match the level we expected from the Taj brand.

I visited Taj Agra for the first time with my parents for their 26 anniversary.

To be very honest the hotel is a classic make.. The infrastructure totally resembles luxury... Behavior of staff is nice food is also fine.

Below people were amazing is giving the best experience to our family & made it unforgettable.

We went to the Taj mahal experience. He explain averything. He was king an has cortesy. I’m very happy.

Overall the whole stay experience was excellent. The front desk needs improvement. My wife had called them a few days before our stay that we were going to celebrate my birthday so she had requested to decorate the room. When we arrived the front desk made us wait for 1 hour for check-in only to find out that the room had still not been decorated. When my wife reached out to the manager of the hotel they really made sure to make up for the inconvenience caused by sending beautiful cake and Taj mahal made of white chocolate to our room which was sweet gesture. They even provided complimentary dinner for both of us at the restaurant. We were celebrating my birthday dinner at this restaurant on the 2nd floor of Taj Agra. The ambience was perfect for enjoying a nice family dinner. Food spread was good with vast selection of veg and non-veg options. The food was very delicious. Loved the rose flavour kheer. Special mention to Mr. Zafar and Mr. Prem from the restaurant team to make sure our whole dining experience was amazing. They even gave us a complimentary birthday cake which made it even more special. I will definitely recommend this place to have a nice dinner with family and friends. Overall I would recommend this place for stay in Agra, its very close to the Taj Mahal. The view of Taj Mahal from the rooftop infinity pool is amazing. Only thing which needs improvement is front desk check-in.
