A warm atmosphere, stayed in new renovated rooms, old ones dont match the brand image, the staff who assisted me to upgrade my rooms was very helpful and patient while showing me different categories of rooms, food and room service was on spot!
It was a nice stay with cozy rooms and amazing taj view from the hotel infinity pool. A staff was too good with the service’s.

Music at the pool- awful
Service and food very good, especially the Indian restaurant. Location close to Taj and lovely pool with sunset views
A little on the older side, compared to other Taj properties
Overall welcome, lobby, staff, size of rooms, pricing.
Part of the hotel is quite run-down.
Rooms, some common areas, buffet areas, kitchens etc were not close to what you would expect of an establishment like this.
We had a great breakfast at the palato restaurant at the Taj Agra served by Ankit who was really helpful and friendly.
We had a wonderful experience at Taj Agra. It is very near to Taj Mahal you can have the view from hotel terrace.
The staff is very good and helpful. Few names to mention Saurabh from restaurant staff he made sure we enjoyed the food here and loved his sundae ice cream prepared by hum.and Mr. Banerjee his story telling experience about Taj and singing was fabulous.
