Sehr schönes Hotel unweit des Taj Mahal - von der Roof-Top Bar aus kann man es sogar sehen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet - bei unserem Aufenthalt liefen mehrere Hochzeiten mit 300+ Teilnehmern, so dass man immer wieder tolle landestypische Outfits bewundern konnte. In der Roof-Top Bar war abends meist nicht viel los, der einsame DJ spulte dennoch sein Programm ab.

I had a very pleasant stay at your property. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the overall ambiance was calm and welcoming. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always available whenever needed, which made the experience even better. Check-in and other services were smooth and well-managed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. I would be happy to recommend this property to my friends and colleagues and would look forward to staying here again.

I recently stayed at Taj Hotel, Agra, and unfortunately, my experience did not match the renowned hospitality standards that Taj Hotels are known for.

At the time of arrival, the traditional welcome ritual was performed, but it felt very mechanical and lacked warmth or expression. After that, there was little guidance or assistance from the front desk regarding the next steps. Despite informing the hotel in advance about our on-time arrival, our room was not ready when we reached.

When we finally entered the room, basic cleaning had been done, but several essential details were missing. Toiletries were incomplete, and there was no TV remote available. Since we were three guests in one room and had already informed the hotel about the requirement for an extra bed, we expected it to be arranged beforehand, as is usually standard practice. However, even after returning from our outing, the extra bed had not been set up. We had to follow up multiple times, and it was finally arranged around midnight.

Although the toiletries had to be requested, the housekeeping staff delivered them promptly whenever we called, which was appreciated. The restaurant staff and service team were also courteous, welcoming, and provided a much better hospitality experience during our stay.

Overall, the stay was quite disappointing. Taj Hotels have a strong reputation for exceptional hospitality, which made this experience particularly disheartening. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving guest experience in the future.

Enjoyed special attention from Chef Ravi who brought us a special ice cream treat. And chef Ashish was personable in checking on our experience.

Very beautiful and luxurious resort. The servers are especially friendly and thoughtful—at the second floor restaurant we appreciated personal visits from chef Ravi and chef ashish and great service from prem, our waiter. Got to try a surprise local Agra dessert. Lots of menu options. The buffet looks good to try if we were more hungry. Nice infinity pool and great taj Mahal view from the roof. Best regards, Mari

Very good staff nicely talked

Our stay at Taj Agra was absolutely wonderful, but what truly elevated it from good to exceptional was the incredible service we received from Ashish, Ravi, and Saurabh.

Their hospitality was beyond anything we have ever experienced. Every detail was handled with care, warmth, and genuine attentiveness. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but they went above and beyond to cater to my kids’ preferences and made sure we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Ashish, who thoughtfully packed food for us to take on our flight. Such a kind and unexpected gesture meant so much to our family.

The service at Taj Agra is truly unparalleled. It wasn’t just professional, it was heartfelt. We left feeling so well taken care of and deeply grateful.

We stayed in Taj Agra for our marriage anniversary.Team Taj made our experience memorable.Sepcially I want to mention chef Ravi and Chef Ashish who personally take care our food choices in Plato restaurant during our dinner ,chef ashish arranged a anniversary cake 🎂 for us , and break fast.
