The hotel served its purpose but I won’t be back to this particular hotel.
Pros:

The property had good water pressure, hot water, breakfast in the mornings, good service and friendly staff.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated, roaches were crawling around my room, table, headboard. The staff are very nice but loud and active very early in the morning. Ice Machine on the first floor makes a lot of noise every morning just after 5am as it creates a new batch. Location is far out, no good options of restaurants near by, everything is far away. Without a car you are stuck ubering everything.

Confirmation was for 2 queen beds; got a handicap room with 1 king sized bed for 2 adults and 1 child (mother, son, grandson). They said booking.com could not offer us room options; booking.com said Hampton Inn was in a contract and was to hold a room with 2 queen beds. They finally offered a roll away bed and gave us 2 fitted sheets. My compensation for this was credit for $25.71. Won't choose Hampton Inn again.

Never using booking.com again!
Pros:

I would like my money refunded. My husband and kids tried to check in and the hotel said there was no room under our name or confirmation number. And no other rooms available. So they had to drive all the way home that night.

Cons:

The hotel was no help at all.

Pros:

Ease of check-in. Close distance to where we were going for a concert. Lady in breakfast area very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was not as clean as I would have preferred. Very dusty on bottom shelf of vanity. Woken frequently by people above us. Very noisy.
